Honestly, I’ve been coming here for years, since it was groundwork common. The coffee is the best in the area, the staff is awesome and friendly, the owners are such great people, and it’s such a great atmosphere. It’s one of my favorite places to go. 10/10 recommend.
Groundwork Common is my go-to spot in Concord! The employees are more friendly and approachable than any place else in the city! They’re a great addition to the city-scape and they provide excellent service and a quality product! 10/10 recommended!!
Literally the best coffee shop to get breakfast that I know of. The food is fresh and delicious. Everything is thoughtfully prepared and the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Probably one of my favorite places to go throughout the week!

Verb Coffee is a charming local coffee shop with a simple and friendly atmosphere. They serve high-quality light roast coffee, including options like iced caramel latte, cold brew, and drip. The breakfast burrito is flavorful, though on the smaller side, along with other tasty menu items like waffles, eggs and hash, and pastries. The space features a clean and minimalistic vibe, with lots of windows and ample seating, making it a great place to relax. While the service can sometimes be inconsistent, the staff is very kind and accommodating, offering excellent service, especially when the male barista is working. Customers appreciate the warm hospitality, such as when the staff remakes orders without hesitation. Overall, Verb Coffee is a lovely spot for good coffee, tasty food, and friendly service.
