I used to like coming to this location but had only gone through the drive through. Today I had time to kill, so I went inside. Wow, what an eye opener.A special needs employee took my order and rang me up at the register. All good, so far. Then while I'm sitting within sight of the counter, another employee starts bullying and abusing the special needs employee. The bully then holds up a paper bag and starts shoving it in the face of the special needs employee, yelling "smell it, smell it!". I can't imagine how this would be appropriate behavior between any two employees, but especially not towards someone who could use a little patience, grace, and mercy.I'm definitely NOT coming back because the only thing the bully did during the 20 minutes I was sitting inside was yell and complain about other employees. This ruined my appetite and turned me completely off towards Hardee's.

Went thru drive thru this morning at 945 the rudest person on drive thru ever should not be with public at all I take my pup there most mornings to get breakfast...not anymore as long as this absolutely rude old lady is gone...what ashame then went I tried to call about my problem I was told she's don't want to come to the phone....Really ?

Went to drive thru, ordered with 2 vehicles in front of me. Was asked at the window after I paid to back up and park because they got penalized for being over their time at the DT window. I waited at least ten minutes after parking to recurve my food. In all 15 to 20 minutes eating for a hot dog combo. Food was hot but this was not "fast food"
