Service experience was bad but the food was fast and hot. First hardees I been to that had ketchup in the lobby. Biscuits were nice and buttery.
Most incompetent staff. I always have to wait and pull up when I order. Today, they said someone handed order to someone else. So I had to wait even longer. So far it's been 20 minutes since I ordered.
