I stood there for 10 minutes while the girl entered information in the computer to place my take out order, another person from inside the restaurant came to take the order. Then I stood in the entryway for over 30 minutes waiting on the order. I got the wings. They were edible, not as good as I remembered.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE that I have EVER had a Hooters!! We came in at 8:46pm got our drinks about 30 minutes later (One of the drinks was wrong) AND then received our food about 30 mins after that..mind you there are only 6 tables filled with people in IT. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Please do yourself a favor and just order from Wingstop AND save yourselves some money. The drinks were weak and the food was hot but has lost its flare. The waitress never checked in on us and when I couldn't take it no more and asked another waitress to help is- We were ignored. ...but our check came 14 minutes after our food came- Go Figure. Smfh...what a phuckin waste of one hundred dollars especially when money is so hard to come by these days.

I came in at 12:30 on a Wednesday. They were fairly busy but there were at least 8 to 10 empty tables. Because I didn’t want to sit at the bar, I was told I would have to stand and wait for a table. I asked could I not just be seated at a table and wait there and was told no. I was really wanting Hooters for lunch. With decisions like this being made no wonder I’m hearing talk of bankruptcy.

Will never understand how this establishment is still open. Food is a complete embarrassment, mediocre at best. Service is even worst. Waitresses don’t care about providing good service and rather sit and talk with eachother than get me a refill on lemonade I waited 23 minutes for. Definitely do not recommend eating here.

Food was not good, service for me was ok, while I notice one customer extremely frustrated because the waitress never put his order in. My husband and I use to eat here all the time but the food quality is no longer good. I saw a commercial & thought I would make 1 last attempt, we are don’t. Chicken was raw on the inside, dry tasteless boneless wings and how do you overcook onion rings? Worse food ever and I will not be returning. Don’t waste your money
Worst experience that my husband and I have ever had. This was at the Concord NC Location. After waiting over an hour on our food, not having our drinks refilled and our boneless chicken wing appetizer arriving cold and so tough we couldn’t even cut into them, our waitress decides to be so rude and talked to my husband so badly that my jaw was on the floor. He spoke to the manager and we will be calling corporate first thing tomorrow. We do not ever ask for managers and we let things slide but this waitress would have had shocked you as well.

Took my son and bf to get some “good” wings at 3:13pm on a Sunday. It wasn’t very busy at all and we thought we’d be in and out in no time. Waitress (Kendall?) seemed friendly but quickly walked off talking with other staff and texting on her cell after we’d ask for something. We ordered 20 wings and a kids boneless meal. Our appetizer was devoured before we even got another drink. Wings came almost 2 hours later! For wings!! This is your specialty!!! We asked about them and just heard “yeah I reminded the kitchen.” We watched our drinks sit at the bar instead of being delivered to us. Once we got our wings (4:43pm), we still didn’t have the kids meal so our kid is starving now. We had to ask for it! When we get that, he doesn’t have any silverware and gets fries instead of tater tots as ordered. Takes another 5 mins to get silverware so we can finally eat. Then we ask for a manager who takes another 5 mins to come out. She immediately states “we’re on shift change and I just got here so I don’t know what happened but I comped your bill $25” before we even say a thing. Not an apology. Not even a minute for me to explain how bad this interaction was. I should’ve checked the low Google rating before going!
Smoked wings aren’t smoked anymore, they’re “fried now” apparently. They said it’s all stores but i called the one down the street and they still use the smoker. Interesting !

The fried pickles did come relatively quickly and it was a chill environment but no burger or wings and the waitress said both draft options I ordered were out so I had a “Coke” that tasted like Dr Pepper. I wouldn’t say “never”, but don’t go here if you have any expectation besides watching sports
