I'm giving 4 stars only for the bang for buck that you get.The facility, and the staff are great!They really know how to put on a show.Having done this before at another facility, I found that the extra $20 charge plus fees for a "high fly" is something that should not be charged and optionally part of the experience.This is a corporate business, so they adhere to the corporate way of doing things which is everything is an upsale.Be prepared to spend a lot of money for a 2 minute experience.If you want to have a worthwhile experience, I would strongly recommend looking for privately owned company that will allot more time per flight and also a bigger higher tunnel where you can really get a feel for free fall.

It was nice went for my daughter’s birthday. I paid for four flights prior to arrival and when I arrived I paid to upgrade two of the flights. Well she only flew three times which was disappointing, so I went to the register to find out why and the guy said i just added more time to her flights. I believe that was something he should have stated prior to us heading into the fly zone. We went three days ago and we are still waiting to see her pictures and videos I ordered. I called and the guy in the phone stated it would take 24 hours, but here we are three days later and still nothing. Nice experience terrible communication.

Connor was the best instructor! His Spiderman tricks were hilarious. We had the best time "skydiving ".A must do on your things to do list! 5 Stars ?

First time at iFly today. Was a little apprehensive at first for my 8 year old Godson, but it was great. From start to finish. Braxton was amazing and made a very memorable afternoon. We will cherish this time until we return. Thank you!!

My son and I visited the Concord location and it was an absolute blast. The staff was extremely personable and knowledgeable and really impressed me with how quickly they taught my son the mechanics of skydiving. We were so happy we went ahead and purchased 10 additional flights and can’t wait to be back in Concord. We love about 2 hours away but it was well worth the trip. A+ to the attendants at the desk who explained the process to the instructor, Josiah who did amazing teaching the skill.
