I ordered the number three with an extra patty. They forgot my patty. I called immediately once I was on the road. No one picked up so I left a voicemail. I arrived the following day showing my receipt and obviously telling them I left a voicemail. they basically told me that they couldn’t do anything because it was a day late. Do better Jack-in-the-Box

Currently typing this after having waited 30 plus minutes in the drive thru. Still here. Can't leave with how they designed the drive thru. Not sure why it's taking so long and clearly this franchisee nor corporate care since there are reviews going months back with this same complaint.

Absolutely horrendous visit. Food took almost an hour. Terrible customer services from everyone in here. No one is checking on customers waiting on pickups and my order wasn’t even correct. Will not be returning I suggest everyone else to not even bother visiting. A bunch of kids who have no idea what they’re doing.

Took over 30 min to get egg rolls and tacos. Several people ahead of us got refunds. Drive thru order got bun with no burger. No manager in sight to figure out what is going on

Just had a very nice experience visiting this location!
Danny was working the counter and couldn’t have been nicer ! He made sure our food was piping hot and served within minutes. It’s nice seeing a young person like Danny being so kind to two older women!

What a terrible experience. Ordered a delivery and the driver was just as upset because it wasted 40 min of his time as well. Not only did it take an hour to get our food (our residence was less than 5 min away), but we were missing a drink and all the food was ice cold by the time we got it.

They were very understaffed. The food was just okay. The drink machine was out of all the sodas except diet. I was excited to finally try a Jack in the box. The boneless chicken was the best thing. Definitely will not be returning.

Drive thru worker had nonchalant attitude every time you ask about any type of upgrade she was nonchalant and act like she had an attitude about you asking. And the date of the incident was 02/21/2025. The time was about 11:00 p.m.
