Stopped by this KFC to pick up lunch today and take it home. We ordered two 2-piece meals and paid extra for breast meat. When we got home, we had a leg and a thigh each. No breasts. What a rip off!

This app needs to be changed to zero stars! Ordered chicken and tenders meal, I pull up to check my order, you tenders are not in the bag. I go back to the drive thru to let them know and was treated like I stole something! I am no liar or thief! When I got to the window, the black girl asked me was it under the chicken, showed her. The white guy came up to the window but stepped back i guess he bagged it. Kept asking me iff i was sure, They were talking amongst themselves, the girl was laughing not sure what was funny!! Just ignorant for no reason! These folks needs some customer service training. I know my few dollars won't stop your business but guess how much money you're losing if every other customer gets treated poorly or one a week. Just know you don't have to worry about my money anymore!! Please train your folks, I been in customers forever and will not tolerate this behavior!!

I placed a KFC drive thru order. After I paid, the cashier asked me to pull to the front so they could bring out my order...that already spelled disaster. I waited 10 mins and they never brought my order so I drove back around to the window and asked for my money back. The supervisor actually admitted they had forgotten about me. I was actually impressed that he was honest about it.

October 16, 2024. 5:15 pm. Ordered an 8 piece meal original. The chicken was hard and dried out. So were the biscuits. For $31 it was the worst food I have ever paid for. This location will not get my patronage again. Too expensive for terrible food. Should have noted the short line.

I ordered 2 pieces of crispy thighs combo for dine in. Firstly it loos like on one thigh, someone behind the counter got hungry. Then my original tray they served with my food on it had corn kernels on it. My mashed potatoes came without a top on it. The chic that prepared it got upset and threw my spoon to my new tray after I picked the tray up to attempt to grab a table before I flipped out. Won’t be back here at this location. I felt disrespected and undervalued as a customer. And then top it off chicken cold. I’m starting to really feel as though concord really thinks slavery ain’t over. All I gotta say is jump frog. How can you just disrespect someone you don’t know whose sole purpose was to dine in your establishment with no issue besides eating my meal that I paid for.And by the way, chicken is crispy however not seasoned. Fast food gets away with robbing customers filmed at 11.
