Placed an online order to pick up. Per online, the wait was 5-10 minutes. Sat in the drive through for approximately 30 minutes to be told there would be an additional 10-15 minutes wait. Requested to have order cancelled and money refunded. Manager named Octavious said he can’t cancel or refund my money since order was placed online. Asked for assistance with online cancellation process. Was told it wasn’t his job to show me the online process and that i need to go and research the process if I couldn’t wait. Octavious didn’t try to help right the situation. Instead, he was very rude and disrespectful. This is the 1st time I’ve ever experienced this type of treatment from this establishment. Now corporate is telling me I’ll have to wait for someone to review the case to determine “if” i can get my money back. So I’m left with no food and no money back. And kfc calls this good customer service?????

More like chicken jerky. I ordered the four-piece chicken tender meal at the drive-thru. The tenders were tiny, maybe three inches long. Not edible. Overcooked, dry, difficult to chew. I tossed them after one and a half. The fries were a tiny portion (I paid nearly $11 for this!). The only decent thing in the box was the biscuit. Oh, and they forgot to include the honey mustard sauce I requested, so I had to go back inside (didn't want to wait in the drive-thru line again). Nobody at the counter, so I had to wait another five minutes for the sauce they forgot to include. A total waste of money and time.

Stopped by this KFC to pick up lunch today and take it home. We ordered two 2-piece meals and paid extra for breast meat. When we got home, we had a leg and a thigh each. No breasts. What a rip off!

Everytime I come here is always mediocre food and it's honestly not worth the price u pay I'd recommend chicken Fila instead

This app needs to be changed to zero stars! Ordered chicken and tenders meal, I pull up to check my order, you tenders are not in the bag. I go back to the drive thru to let them know and was treated like I stole something! I am no liar or thief! When I got to the window, the black girl asked me was it under the chicken, showed her. The white guy came up to the window but stepped back i guess he bagged it. Kept asking me iff i was sure, They were talking amongst themselves, the girl was laughing not sure what was funny!! Just ignorant for no reason! These folks needs some customer service training. I know my few dollars won't stop your business but guess how much money you're losing if every other customer gets treated poorly or one a week. Just know you don't have to worry about my money anymore!! Please train your folks, I been in customers forever and will not tolerate this behavior!!
