Nasty nasty experience. girl at the cash register on her phone touching everyone food also placing her hair in her mouth and then rubbing her hair to then to touch your food 🤮

Went there on Thursday Oct. 23, 2025. I say that, as I was looked after by a tall, light skinned African American young man. He was very courteous and extremely professional. I don’t often post about fast food service, but the experience at KFC in Concord warrants a shout out!

I'm 9 months pregnant and was craving the new spicy wings. I ordered 12 of them around 9 pm ish 09/18/25. I bit into my wings and they were completely raw, bleeding!..... Check your chicken guys!.... I Pray I don't get sick ðŸ˜

I don't know what happened tonight!?! The people got some loving or a raise, but the service was incredible! The guy took his time with my order at the window and the lady at the window asked me if I wanted different types of condiments for my meal and my meal was really good!

They refused our service because we’re black No joke
I placed a mobile order at 5:35 PM and received a message at 5:44 PM letting me know my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived, I was told that someone else had already picked up my order. I was then informed they were waiting on fries and that it would only be a 3-minute wait.
After waiting significantly longer, I asked to speak with a manager. Unfortunately, I was only offered a cake as compensation, which didn’t feel like a meaningful resolution given the situation. I didn’t actually receive my full order until 6:33 PM—almost an hour after I placed it.
The experience was frustrating, especially given the lack of urgency or real accountability. I understand mistakes happen, but this was handled poorly from start to finish. Very disappointing.

I’m giving 2 stars because the food quality is great but the service at the drive through window was terrible on 7/19. I didn’t have all parts of my order which I told the guy at the drive through. He continues to look at me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. Waited an extra 5 minutes on a lemonade and then one of my sides was wrong. I didn’t ask y’all to come to work, you don’t have to be rude especially if I’m being courteous and spending my money. I knew finding help is scarce but again, I’m not a nasty customer because I know the service industry is hard.

The chicken here are absolutely awful. Not only are they dried up and taste like cardboard, the pieces are pathetically small. Their 8 piece bucket is half the height of 8 piece bucket anywhere else. I picked up within 15 minutes but the french fries are already soggy, must be leftover instead of newly made. They're so cheap they even watered down my drinks with 75% ice. Will never eat at this location again. The only reason it's not 1 star is because the inside looks clean and bright.

Normally I give this place 5 stars because it's better than most Charlotte locations then they made me wait 5 minutes for an online order I did 35+ minutes ago. What's the point of doing scheduled pickups if you don't respect the pickup time. Please make it make sense
