We went through the drive through just before 3PM on a Saturday, the drink machine was down and they were out of everything but glazed. We went here for the dozen glazed box deal but was being told the total was $18-20 when the deal should have been $2-3 for the glazed dozen. Management may need some assistance on keeping the magic alive of experiencing Krispy Kreme, we were really disappointed from this visit.

Took my son to get the new Harry Potter donuts and they were sold out. He was disappointed but happy to get a sprinkle donut. The Assistant Mgr told us a batch was ready at 3pm the next day. I made sure to get to the store today early to get them for my son. I walked in and the Assistan manager (Kiesha) and the employee working recognized me. I sat down to wait until the Harry Potter donuts were ready.

Both of them made time to talk to me and interact with EVERY...
