Everything the food is outstanding
The to-go service is abysmal at best. I never order more than some soup and maaaaybe an appetizer and/or biscuits, and the last several times I've had to wait over half an hour beyond the order pick-up time. I've talked to staff directly about the issue in the past, and made a Google review months ago (updated today) about how ridiculous that is, aaaand nobody gets paid enough to even bother caring about basic customer service skills in their minds. The food and service was amazing. My meal came out hot and fresh and was flavorful. Rashari provided great service. She reminded of being at Auntie's house for dinner. She was kind and accommodating. The restaurant itself needs some work. It's a little old in there. The inside needs a complete makeover.
