We were visiting concord and wound up somehow at red lobster and didn't have seafood...I would like to point out that the mistake was mine as I ordered steak, which was overcooked. Not an uncommon issue at most places, so I wasn't surprised.What was surprising was when our food arrived we had no utensils to eat with... so we had to grab a random waitress to ask for a knife and fork.I will say that this may have been an oversight, as our waitress was very attentive.In general, the place was clean, and it is what you would expect of a red lobster.

Rude abrupt seating staff. Waitress was incompetent and didn’t take our order accurately. I only go to this location because my kid likes the Brownie Overboard.
Food wasn’t Good Wasn’t up to Temp took forever with our food then they never gave us Silverware food was just cold I’ll never attend this place again

Came here with my family on a Wednesday (barley any customers) and they had horrible customer service! The kitchen looked dirty. We waited so long to get served that we left. Will never be back! Zero stars if I could leave 0

Dre was our server in the bar tonight. He was great! The food was good. It was my first time at Red Lobster so I didn’t know what to expect. I had the Deep Sea Lobsterita (pictured) it tasted like spring break lol but it was gooood! The Shrimp Your way was also delicious. The sauce with the coconut shrimp added a fun twist on coconut shrimp. I also had the shrimp scampi and shrimp alfredo. The cheddar biscuits are worth the hype lol.
