I went around 3:30 and waited about 20 minutes with my son. The pupusas were hard and seemed reheated instead of freshly made, considering I was the only person there. The curtido was disgusting and definitely not fresh; it had no color and looked grayish and pale. I hate to leave this comment because, normally, everything is fresh. Went with kids they got super man ice cream medium size $6.30 each cup for 2 scoops I got a mangonada $8 and a pecan paleta $4

I thought mangonada was freshly made but it’s not , the strawberry ice cream is good but the Oreo one is not fresh

Their ice cream bars are amazing. Absolutely delightful. The tv was so loud my friend and I couldn’t hear each other well, but we’ll definitely still be back.

Fair prices since everything has gone up a lot in price, the only detail that until today I realized after going to this place for years and always paying with a card and never asking for a receipt is that they charge 4% of your purchase when paying with card apart from consumption and taxes and there is no sign that notifies us of this information nor does the cashier notify us of this charge when she asks us if cash or card.
And I always see the tables dirty. A little more attention to cleaning would be appreciated.

Awesome place for a date! Ice cream, tacos, sopes, paletas, elotes and esquites. Good portions, Great prices! 10/10 would recommend.

En mi opinión el producto es muy bueno , lo que no nos gustó fue lo mal entrenadas para servir una cantidad acorde al precio del producto , nos sentimos estafados con dos bolitas de nieve en una mini copa y nos cobraron 18$ , siempre hemos sido clientes frecuentes y nunca nos había pasado esto, al principio pensábamos que era un error luego le preguntamos a la señorita que nos atendió y dijo que esa era la cantidad de ice cream 😳pero esta vez nos decepcionamos mucho y no pensamos en regresar .

I love this place but just got ice cream and they charged me 20 dollars for 2 4oz cups of strawberry ice cream. Enserio!! I told the lady had to be a mix up. She disagreed. My once or twice per week here are over. Been coming here for years. But no way that going down again.

I arrived at 8:30 pm on a Sat. , just to get a simple 2 scoop icecream .It took nearly 15 minutes of waiting until I finally had to knock on the counter to get somebody's attention from the back.Whatever that person was doing clearly was much more important than to tend to a customer.Especially when the customer just wanted a very simple item- not a massive dinner order.5 minutes later two girls came in.they could have been customers themselves, but it turns out they were employees ( or just friends hanging out in the back of the house).I asked if they have toppings in addition to the ice cream.She seemed rather lost.It's either a yes or no question.I was rather stunned at how poor the delivery was in her attempt to sell me that they did have toppings.I finally got my requested ice cream and then sat down.It was about 9:05pm +When suddenly the lights began to turn off.Then someone yells in the back, 'turn them back on, there's still a customer inside here!'Unreal.That was my cue to finally get the hell out of there.A complete unprofessional establishment.How such a place is still active is quite the miracle. I won't be returning here ever again.
