Lake Todd Fish Camp Reviews
Came up to try Lake Todd Saturday 2/21/26 and have to say it was worth our 40 minute drive. I had the catfish and green shrimp and both were fresh and cooked right! Husband had the flounder and green shrimp and he too was happy. Plenty of food for a good reasonable price. Not crazy about the fries, but it seems to be the kind a lot of places are using but everything else was delicious, especially that red slaw. Small old time country place, with plenty of old nostalgic

Everyone love's this place. I guess it has just been off days when I visited.
This was an awesome gem of a resturant hidden in the woods. Such an intriguing history of the place. I LOVED their seafood - flounder, shrimp, fried oysters and will definitely be going back again. It was also great to meet the owners and family members that are part of the history of this place and land. They hosted the group I was with (CAPS) and really showed that Southern hospitality to us all. Thanks guys!!!

Lake Todd Fish Camp is a charming eatery nestled on a secluded dirt road, offering a rustic, old-fashioned fish camp experience. The menu features classic favorites like popcorn shrimp, salads, and baked potatoes. The restaurant is known for its consistently good fried seafood, including delicious flounder, catfish, and shrimp. Customers praise the small plate option, perfect for sharing, and the Fisherman's Platter, which features a delectable combination of fillets, shrimp, and oysters. The service is attentive, and the food is always well-packaged and piping hot, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.
This place does gluten-free fish camp-style meals to perfection. The restaurant has been there since 1962 and is a traditional Southern fish camp that lives up to that billing. The menu is simple, focusing on fried fish, and the service is friendly, making customers feel like family. While the food is served on Chinet plates, the prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food. Customers should check their citified expectations at the door and be sure to read about the history of the restaurant and the building, as well as the gun on display at the cash register.
