Ordered through the app get home and the food is wrong they gave apples instead of double fries and ordered 6 pc nuggets and got 4 pcs instead and in the app selected pokemon toys and no pokemon toys were in the box very tried to call and all I get was a busy signal disappointed in this mcdonalds won't be going back

I ordered a steak and cheese bagel combo. No cheese is on my order. Then on my receipt there is a drink up charge. These maggots just did what they wanted to do to my order instead of giving me what I paid for. Simple directions and communication go a long way. I will be contacting someone because luckily there is a customer concern number on the receipt.

Everything it’s decent. But it’s not electrical outlets to charge the cellphones I used my cell all day and few times. I was there my phone was dead and not were to charge it. So I can pull the app to get my points every week I get more that 6000 points I should be a VIP customer !

Manager was very rude when my husband and I were trying to ask a question about ordering at the kiosk, instead of asking if we needed help she just looked at us and said you need to order at the kiosk, my husband told her we trying to ask about the kiosk. Never came to help us or anything.
