The employees at this location have the customer service skills of a spoon. I understand that this is just a McDonalds but please teach your staff to have a personality especially when they are dealing with customers everyday. A simple response when I say good morning would be appreciated and not slamming the drive thru door on me when I go to ask a question.

I ordered my Son's food off of my mobile app when we were 5 minutes out! Went thru the Drive-Thru, his food was cold, ordered Lemonade for his drink, it was nothing but water! Very little lemon, no sugar! Definitely will not be back to this one!

This place locked the dining room doors at 10:50 pm when the sign says 11 pm. Another customer let me in. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order, 3 people looked at me several times each but wouldn’t talk to me. There was another customer there who had been waiting for 15 mins. The employees don’t give a crap about their customers. I left there and bought my dinner and shake at a different restaurant. It’ll be a long time before going to a McDonalds, anywhere, again.

Wait times are unreasonable here. I'll never understand why I always get asked to pull past the 2nd window or asked to park in one of the spots for the food to be brought to me and I will see half a dozen cars come through the line behind me and get their orders. The only thing I usually get that requires anything extra would be fries? And half the time they are not hot so I am clueless of the logic behind their process. On two occasions they have given my order out to another car and each time they acted as if they were incapable of doing wrong and lacked all empathy.
