Why in the world do you have people pull forwards when there is no one behind them? Second why do I have to pull forwards for you to make two milkshakes? The people at the window said “well we have a timer, and it is the company policy you have to pull forwards.” Well why doesn’t pulling forward have a timer? Doesn’t seem like it. Each time I’ve pulled forwards it’s as though you forgot about me. It appears that u are side stepping a system of time which needs some work. Customers go to the drive thru to save time not to pull forward and wait, because your timer system is flawed.Because of your terrible timer system you create bad customer service due to customers like me who get upset over pulling forward for no reason what so ever. During the 13 minute argument with your arrogant mgr they could have made my shakes and I could have been on my way. But instead they want to pull the power card trying to force me to pull forward. This also failed. It ended with me getting my money back and free food which I put right into the garbage can, Terrible in fear of what your workers did to the items. Your night crew at the drive through window are the most disrespectful andArrogant people I’ve ever come across.The corporate office needs to take a hard look at the terrible system they’ve created.This has only made for a terrible customer

will never forget the immature and disrespectful employee’s who laughed at my mother in law’s mexican accent. seriously grow up, can’t believe people have been raised by animals and have no social awareness or social cues. why make others feel bad for your own stupidity and inability to understand someone’s accent. exactly why you’re the ones working at mcdonald’s, these people do not have the ability to comprehend anything slightly challenging. do better!

My parents stated that when they ate here, the place was clean and there was a server who went beyond their job description to be a server!! Rare in this present time!!!Food was good and the restaurant atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Really confused by the the recent negative reviews. I dined here at 7:00pm on 21FEB2024 and not only was our order correct, it was HOT and fresh! I interacted with three different employees during my short stay, and every one of them was polite, positive, made eye contact, and asked if there was anything they could do for me. One guy was literally running orders out the door to drive-through customers. Seriously, whoever is running this location- great job all around!

This was the worst Mcdonald’s I have ever been too! I am not one to write reviews , but this was ridiculous, no customer service, workers on there phone, I got handed my smoothie and there was liquid all over it, then come to find out the cup was broken, then I had to wait about 10 mins for ONE MEDIUM
