Service was a 10 out of 10, but the food was a zero out of 10. Our server was so nice and so kind and attentive. But the food taste like they got it out of a microwavable box. I am consistently disappointed with the quality of Olive Garden‘s food for the price. My family and I spent $140 on lunch with four people for subpar food. I don’t mean to offend, but we’re truly disappointed with the quality of the food. I really hope they can start doing a little better.

Winter time at the Concord Mills Olive Garden means the Bar area is Artic cold and anything near the working fire place is Blazing Hot!
It's like they're emulating the Mizer brothers!
Servers are working very hard. Food was hot & good.

Just had dinner at this Olive Garden location and the service was top notch! Ariela was an amazing server—she recommended great plate options and explained why they were tastier than the ones we were considering. I absolutely loved the Chicken Marsala - her recommendation! We’ve eaten at different locations before, but the food here was especially good. We’ll definitely be coming back! :)

Our server Tonya was AMAZING! Extremely attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, there was hair in our salad which ruined the experience. Tonya was more than accommodating and understanding- she immediately removed the food and got a manager. The unfortunate part though, the manager, Caroline, did not tend to the issue at all. Caroline nonchalantly asked if “we were the ones with hair in the salad”. She didn’t make an effort to apologize for this matter or offer any solution. She offered another salad but didn’t acknowledge how unacceptable this was. I expect better from management considering how wonderful the staff is. Do better Olive Garden - Concord.

The service here was top notch, but the food was just meh. The main issue was that the appetizers were too oily.
I ordered the fried calamari and some fried shrimp, and they contained so much oil that I couldn't eat it all. I actually had to stop eating them so I could still enjoy the entrée.
On the positive side, the shrimp carbonara was excellent, and the chicken spaghetti was great too.
Other than the oily appetizers, the place is very affordable. We spent less than $100, and that included an 18% tip. So, it was a great dinner overall—just be sure to look out for the oil on the appetizers.

Best place in Concord as far as food and service. Really clean and very friendly staff. We have eaten there whenever we stay in Concord hotels. That is often. We have always been seated quickly even when its packed. The endless soup salad and breadsticks never fail to fill us and the spinach artichoke dip is outstanding. You can get a decent wine for about $25 a bottle and sometimes less during certain days and times at the bar. Overall this is an excellent choice and within less than a mile of most of the hotels in the Speedway area.

Enjoyed our recent dinner visit to Olive Garden in Concord, NC. We arrived and were greeted at the entrance by the hostess who said there was a short wait for a table. She took my phone number and said she was text us when our table was ready. After a short wait I received the text and we were escorted to our table. She left us with menus. We were immediately greeted by our server Nickie who offered us beverages and we ordered water with lemon. When Nickie returned she inquired our food order. She did well to suggest an appetizer for starters but we just ordered the buy one take one special which included salad and Olive Garden's famous breadsticks. We both ordered the chicken parmigiana. Salad was served after a short wait along with warm breadsticks. Nickie shred some parmesan cheese on the salad and left. We started eating our salad which was crisp and nicely chilled. We were about a third through our salad when a food runner brought our entrees. We both felt rushed and wished that there was better timing on serving of our entrees. Food quality of the chicken parm was very good. Plates were hot and pasta cooked perfectly. We enjoyed the marinara sauce. Service throughout was very good and Nickie insured our water glasses were full. We took leftover chicken home with our entree to go. Nickie insured we also had a couple of breadsticks to take home as well. She did well to suggest dessert but we had to decline. I noted a health department score of 97 which indicates the team at the restaurant is doing a very good job insuring food safety standards are met. Overall a good experience and Nickie was very hospitable. We like being able to pay at the table and do a survey of your experience.
The food was a little salty. The restaurant is pretty. The service was good.

I can’t rate the food because we never got service to order any. We arrived and there was no wait. We were sat in a busy section but the rear section was still relatively empty. After about 10 min our waitress was trying to serve the table next to us and I think she asked another waitress to help her with us or to take the table for her. The other waitress agreed but was Sat and so she began to wait on them. Our waitress had some complaints with the same table and had a manager help her with the table next ours at about 15 min in to our adventure. I tried to flag down the manager but honestly I probably didn’t do a good enough job. So that’s on me. Shortly their after or waitress identified herself to be helping us. Threw some coasters on the table and said I’ll be right back. 25 min wait and she was no where in-site, no bread sticks, no salads, and no waters. We decided to go to Carrabba’s where we had an amazing meal with amazing service.
