Have eaten at OTB for over 10 years. Went today and ordered what we normally get. Both dishes were completely different. When I asked our waitress she said the menu changed 2 months ago. I commented if I had know I would have made another choice. All I said……she rolled her eyes, walked off and we did not see her again until we had to flag her down to pay. Our situation could have been easily resolved with a question of what can I do to help make it better. In my case….simply...
It's sad that the one in Gastonia had to closed. Why? Don't know why. Now, it's to far to visit The Border Mecican Grill. The price between increase of gasoline and inflation make it impossible to go to the Border Mexivan Grill.
It's really disappointing that closed and wished the would reconsider coming back to Gastonia.
The drinks perfect and the food was outstanding and delicious.

The staff is so amazing at this restaurant. They went above and beyond at our family birthday celebration. They took special food orders, had no problem with many people splitting checks, and treated our birthday girl like the queen she is.
