Not happy! It took 6 mins before we were acknowledged. We orders our drinks and food at the same time. Wings with side salad and grilled shrimp on the Barbie with bakes potato and side salad. The wings came out. Had to ask about the salads. Took 20 mins for the salads. Took 30 mins for the grilled shrimp. I had to wipe off the very heavy spices off before I could eat anymore. We went to Outback in Huntersville, not Concord (not sure why it won’t switch to Huntersville) for a combined birthday dinner for my son and myself. While our server was friendly, the food was really underwhelming. Both my son and I ordered filet mignon. He coated his in ketchup and I took my home to season and cook it. I am extremely satisfied and happy with the attention that Phil (Felipe) gave me, they should have more employees like him, his kindness, his attention, his concern for us that everything was fine, I loved it, I hope to come back here and meet him again
