We've come here 2 or 3 times in the past 4 months or so. The food is great and the staff is friendly but holy crap do they struggle to get you seated and the food out in a reasonable amount of time. I'm assuming they're short staffed.

Went in yesterday. There were around 6 people seated at the time of our arrival. The hostess was kind and prompt in seating us. We waited and waited on someone to come get our order. My wife could see three servers huddled up talking. One of them acknowledged her glance. They continued to talk while we waited. Eventually we just got up and left. No service is pathetic service. This is sad for your business.

Okay. This outback is a good place to visit. You got three TVs at the bar and the servers are actually excellent. And the broccoli was actually really tender to eat. It was steamed properly.

I came to see how the service was, very disappointed,came back with drink order and just stood their ,had to ask for a moment, then had to get her attention to come back to take the order,after getting the order never once did anyone remove a dirty plate they just kept stacking up. No matter how good the food is a bad server will destroy a fine resturante

The bloom in’ Onion was good, however everything else me and my family ordered wasn’t good. The steak was WAY too spicy to eat. The Mozzarella Cheese stick were bland and overall nothing besides the Bloomin’ Onion was consumable. On top of all this our server never came back to check on us during our meal. All she did was take our order and serve our food never once checking to see if we had any questions or concerned.
After this experience I doubt me nor my family will be returning.

We had an amazing experience at Outback Steakhouse! Our waitress, Crystal, was awesome — super friendly, personable, and full of great drink suggestions. She made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made it even better! We’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Crystal again!
