The absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant .Our steak was incredibly undercooked, I was brought a kids meal when I ordered an adult meal and we sat there for 10 minutes without anything to drink. Also our server was too busy socializing with a large group of 20 year olds to pay any attention to our table, we tried to give him the money for the bill for 5 minutes before we just gave up and left the money on the table. I will never eat at outback again.

i don’t even eat at outback that much but this time was excellent! Aniya is amazing and so friendly! I felt so welcomed to be eating here simply based off her vibe! She is good to keep around. Good waiting time and food!

We had a wonderful experience. Our server Aniya was wonderful and took great care of us. Our steaks were exceptionally seasoned and cooked to perfection. The bloomerang appetizer was fresh, delicious, and melty. The bar tender made an excellent old fashioned. 10/10 experience.

My friend and I each ordered a dish and shared the main. Steak was probably the best I've ever had at a restaurant. Cooked perfectly (med-rare) and lightly seasoned... wonderful! Salmon was the other dish and it was also very good. We were greeted nicely and every server that walked by checked on us - not obnoxiously 😄, just glancing at the table and making eye contact most times and asking a few times if we needed anything. They weren't busy (early afternoon) but we weren't the only people there. Only problem we had happened trying to get there... turn beside the Golden Corral!

Service was super slow. Ordered 2 wally b darn and payed $2 extra for both and did not get the kangaroo. Highly disappointed. Emailed corporate and they don't care. We did see Jesus turning water into wine.
Had not been to an outback in years, but decided to go here with my lady for our anniversary and we both really enjoyed the food. The wait for a table was like 10 minutes and our waitress was Aniya, who was nice and helpful and gave us time to talk without constantly being interrupted. All the staff were nice, and I even came back to get lunch by myself to try their Aussie 3-value meal. It was just as good. The manager, Cameron, was a sweet lady and all the other staff were accommodating. Been a moment since I have had a great restaurant experience like this with any restaurant in the Concord area. Highly recommend it to anyone. Not many vegetarian options for someone who doesn't eat meat, but its a great food experience for most

Service was awful once we was seated it took five minutes to have our drink order taken. Then another ten minutes to get our drinks which was all waters . We stayed seated for another twenty minutes and never got our order taken. So we walked out. When we left we was told they only had two servers .but they had managers standing around doing nothing.

Honestly I go to the concord location a lot but they won’t be seeing me for a while. The service has never been the best there but tonight it was awful. Along with everything was either cold or burnt. Our blooming onion tasted straight burnt but the inside was still raw a doughy. I asked for another one since it was awful, it ended up taking to long so we just paid and left.
