I was very disappointed to get to my location after picking up a salad and soup to go. I had to eat my salad with no salad dressing. I couldn’t even eat the salad because it was dry and tasteless without salad dressing. Just ruined my whole meal.
Ordered food and ordered and paid for extra toppings on sandwiches and didn’t get what I paid for and this isn’t the first time. The location in Harrisburg NC has messed up multiple Togo orders and also states that their potato soup is discontinued but other locations still have it?
My mother and I were not acknowledged at all when we came in, forcing us to use the kiosk to order. We did not see an employee at all until I went to pick up our food. No trays available to carry multiple plates, no cups for water, and they looked at me like I was crazy for requesting a to-go box when picking up my food.
