It is so nice to see a classic Pizza Hut today. They have the classic checkered tablecloths and table lamps. On top of the stunning decor, inside and out, the service was quick and friendly. I entered to pick up an online order and was quickly and kindly redirected to the dedicated pickup window. Overall, I will definitely be returning to dine-in and absorb the all too rare classic Pizza Hut atmosphere that I have so many great memories of.

Food prices keep going up. Delivery costs have gotten ridiculous I started picking up. Was asked to tip on the app and then again when picking up. It is not my job to subsidize Pizza Hut's employee wages.
Parking: Parking lot is terrible. Needs to be repaved and has 20 speed bumps in a tiny lot.

I'm trying to remember to check everything BEFORE I leave the pickup window. If I don't, I'll find out when I get home that something in the order is wrong. Pickup window attendants don't pay attention to get it right!!!

My husband and I went to eat here only because the information from google said that the buffet was open. When we walked and I sat down, I asked our waitress about it, who was extremely she was rude, and when we looked at the menu, it still has the buffet listed on it, we got up and left.

Went there to get a pizza guy hands me the pizza and he smell like he haven't had a bath in years just the truth the inside smelled like it something was rotten or spoiled got home ate some of the pizza and made my stomach turn inside out will not be going here anymore

It’s official now. This Pizza Hut is straight up trash food. Now 3 times in a row. I have gotten terrible pizza and pasta from here. Pizza Hut on cabarrus Avenue will sell you garbage food. 3 strikes and now you are out. It will be Dominoes pizza from now on. Or food lion brand pizzas.

So I love this Pizza Hut! But why is there off days when certain people work I literally got the worse order hard crust and burnt cheese and I know for a fact the person that made it saw it was hard when they put it in the box!! What’s the problem?!?! Like what happen ?!? Where’s quality check? And why is this location going down hill! Very disappointed!
Just the food was genuinely bad. I got a cheese pizza and it wasn’t good, dough tasted like cardboard, was not fully cut or even close, and it just really did not taste good.
