Food prices keep going up. Delivery costs have gotten ridiculous I started picking up. Was asked to tip on the app and then again when picking up. It is not my job to subsidize Pizza Hut's employee wages.
Parking: Parking lot is terrible. Needs to be repaved and has 20 speed bumps in a tiny lot.

Like I didn't know people can order pizza with a side of POLITICS... Like I'm not trying to tell people what to follow but PLEASE... Can I JUST ORDER PIZZA AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH POLITICS!! All I'm say is the Pizza Hut on 601 would never.

My husband and I went to eat here only because the information from google said that the buffet was open. When we walked and I sat down, I asked our waitress about it, who was extremely she was rude, and when we looked at the menu, it still has the buffet listed on it, we got up and left.

Went there to get a pizza guy hands me the pizza and he smell like he haven't had a bath in years just the truth the inside smelled like it something was rotten or spoiled got home ate some of the pizza and made my stomach turn inside out will not be going here anymore

It’s official now. This Pizza Hut is straight up trash food. Now 3 times in a row. I have gotten terrible pizza and pasta from here. Pizza Hut on cabarrus Avenue will sell you garbage food. 3 strikes and now you are out. It will be Dominoes pizza from now on. Or food lion brand pizzas.

So I love this Pizza Hut! But why is there off days when certain people work I literally got the worse order hard crust and burnt cheese and I know for a fact the person that made it saw it was hard when they put it in the box!! What’s the problem?!?! Like what happen ?!? Where’s quality check? And why is this location going down hill! Very disappointed!

Just the food was genuinely bad. I got a cheese pizza and it wasn’t good, dough tasted like cardboard, was not fully cut or even close, and it just really did not taste good.
I did a online order and when I went to pick it up, I got home and found out they forgot my large pizza, so I went back up there to get it and I had to wait about 20 minutes for them to make it and I guess they was out of larges so they gave me 2 mediums that was under cooked and my order I already picked up was cold and it was just a sorry experience

Went to dine in at the Cabarrus ave location. It was completely empty and as we walked in there, sign said “please wait to be seated “ so we stood there and there was was older man standing behind the counter looking at his phone and paid no attention at all to us. After couple of minute another employee walked back from kitchen area and looked at us but didn’t notice us at all still waited for little time for either one of them to acknowledge us at say hi or something but nothing so we walked out not planning to go back again. Piss poor any kind of service. Go there at your own risk.
