Delivery order error and horribly overcooked baked potato that was not edible. We did not have enough food because the baked potato was bad. Must have been a very old potato. Should be some kind of quality check. Not even butter helped. Also, we ordered one cheese cake and they billed us for two. Haven’t eaten at Ruby Tuesday in a long time and it will be a longer time before we order from Ruby Tuesday again. Why lump the cheese cake with the entree on the order slip and then add a separate cheesecake? Check the order amount for Deconstructed Kabobs. While you’re at it, check the baked potatoes before you send them out of the kitchen.

Dirty! Unapologetically, dastardly dirty! Big girl in the kitchen scratched her teeth. I have no idea what would warrant such behavior but she did it. However, it begs the question if you would do this in plain sight what is happening behind the scenes. Also the drink was trash, steak unseasoned, and the wings were unimpressive. Negative stars!

We were seated right away, but to a dirty table. There were dirty plates that he removed as he sat us. Didn’t wipe the table at all so it was sticky with food and ketchup or jelly? Not sure. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Server was polite but not a good waitress. We ordered drinks and appetizer. She went ahead and asked for our meals which is fine so we ordered. One meal had 2 sides she didn’t ask which sides we would like. Food comes out all at different times. Kids Mac and cheese bowl is dirty on the side. After seeing the cleanliness standards we weren’t shocked. Chicken tenders hard as a rock they were dry and tough. Kids chocolate milk is just white milk with chocolate syrup. Usually not a big deal but it feels unsanitary to have the foil peeled back slightly to add syrup then not even mixed up. Just pour it in a different cup at that point like a home style chocolate milk not leave it in the white milk container. Beer had no head on top both times really flat. Go to leave and find a wallet in the parking lot so I take it inside in case someone calls for it. Nobody’s up front. Server eating at a table sees me says nothing. Kid sitting with him was the host, back to wall, on his phone. Kitchen staff had to shout across the restaurant that someone is waiting up front then he hopped up because he was caught sitting on his phone. Overpriced for what it is, gross, poor service, and dirty.

When I arrived, I was seated immediately. Customer service was great. The salad bar needed work. The lattice looked like it had been sitting all day was almost rubber. And that's the reason that I came the salad. Dressings look like they would have been sitting without being stirred. I was concerned and din the evening. I ordered occasion pasta to go. I tasted it. It was okay they could do better

Got seated fairly quickly, me and my husband ordered the Valentine special, 2 12 ounce new York strips, baked potatoes. The potatoes was really good but the steak was very very bland and very very tuff. I asked for something else in which they did give me something else in place but I had to get up and flag down our waitress to get my food changed because she kept going to every table but ours. So after them bringing me something else we was still waiting on a refill of drinks in which we say for almost 5 minutes with just ice in our cups waiting for a refill. I will not be coming back. This was not a impressive Valentine's dinner.
