Nice people, but after 2:30 PM, you're not going to be unloaded, and probably not loaded either. No overnight parking, and there is a Jon in the parking lot.

I had a very disappointing experience with this coffee company. I prepaid $400 for servicing coffee machine at my hotel, but no technician ever showed up, or called. When I tried reaching out to their customer service, I was met with unhelpful responses and no solutions. They’ve wasted my time, and I’ve essentially lost $400 for a service that was never provided. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with your business.
You enter through Rock Hill Church Rd, you report to receiving, they give you instructions, you go around the warehouse and go downhill, you find three ramps again, I got the 1st one; You get stuck, unhook, and wait to unload.
I went for interview which was five minutes or less. Totally a waste of time.

I started to work at Westrock Coffee, all I can say is I absolutely love going to work. I do what is required of me, I give 100% everyday, then I go home. Like anywhere there is drama because there will always be people that lives for drama. Just stay to yourself, do your job and go home. Thats why I love working here. After being in the medical field for 25+ years, it was time for a change.Kathy Allen

I tried calling two weeks in a row several calls . They took down my information but never returned my calls. They can't even give me a sales person number ? they lost me and my tuckstop I'm very disappointed told my partners good things about you only too make me look bad .
