My friend and I sat at the bar while the rest of our family waited for over 30 minutes to be seated. No signage was available to inform us this restaurant was short staffed or busy. We were told by the bartender she could not serve us because she was working the floor yesterday evening. When it was time to sit down we continued to wait for over 15 minutes to be served. Please inform the public if you cannot serve paying customers so we can go elsewhere .

I ordered fried shrimp and my husband ordered the catfish. Both of these were excellent in taste but I was disappointed that there were not more healthy sides or salads. They had no kid size meals and the menu was hard to understand. They staff were friendly as well. I would’ve given five stars if they had enough offered kid friendly menus and healthier options.
Vegetarian options: Had no salads for options or healthy side dishes. Seafood came with fries or onion rings
Kid-friendliness: They offered no kid size meals. No kids menu

Drinks were great. I had the bartenders choice and hubby got a bloody Mary. We got the steam pots. I get mine with sauce on the side. It was a super great meal. Our server was not as attentive as I wished he'd have been. But overall I'd go back.

We're in town searching for a place for seafood and came across Shake Shake.It's exactly what we expected, and the pics you search accurately represent the beauty of this delicious fare.Prices are reasonable for seafood, and the boil stayed hot the whole time we enjoyed it.For folks concerned about sodium intake, Old Bay is pretty salty, but if you're a fan of OB, this is so satisfying!The restrooms are absolutely horrifying, even just to wash your hands afterward. You've been warned!

Shake Shake ConcordIf you are a seafood/shellfish lover you must try this restaurant. I ordered a half pound of shrimp which came with a small piece of tender corn and 3 baby red potatoes all combined into a fabulous sauce. The shrimp were large and firm. The sauce is buttery, garlicky and I'm sure many other spices. All for 12.00!This was an unexpected treat. With the rising cost of food in grocery stores, fast food and restaurants you cannot beat the value and exquisite preparation for what I received.Absolutely fabulous ? ??

Seafood boil was excellent, we got the crab legs and shrimp combo, added in some classic, got a dozen steamed oysters and a couple of drinks. All the seafood was cooked perfectly, the "juicy" seasoning we got was perfectly delicious, the drinks were good. Everything was good. Our server was amazing, I'd gladly have him as our waiter any time! Overall 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Joanna us the best server there. She was extremely helpful & friendly during our visit. Made it worth the trip and we'd ask for her again next time we visit. Food was so good. Loved it. Highly recommend it & highly recommend Joanna as a top notch server.

Unexpectedly fantastic. I was driving into concord looking for something we did not have at home, and we decided to give this a shot. I was a bit concerned the shrimp would not be deveined but the waitress confirmed twice it was. This was the first time I got the Dungeness crab, and it was fantastic. I personally can never go back to Snow Crab again. I can't wait to eat here again. This is worth the 3 hour drive to concord.
