Came at 7:00 Website says it’s open came all the way up here for them to be closed but the sign on saying open… least they could do is update if their open or not

My friend and I sat at the bar while the rest of our family waited for over 30 minutes to be seated. No signage was available to inform us this restaurant was short staffed or busy. We were told by the bartender she could not serve us because she was working the floor yesterday evening. When it was time to sit down we continued to wait for over 15 minutes to be served. Please inform the public if you cannot serve paying customers so we can go elsewhere .

I decided to have lunch at the Concord location today and gave them a call. To my surprise the recording states the number is no longer in service. Thinking perhaps the was a problem with the lines I took a ten minute drive to place my order in person. The lot was empty and both the front and back doors were open. The open sign was off. I went to the door to read the notice that they are closed and thanking the patrons. They are recommending we try one of the other locations. I'm still giving them a positive rating but sorry to see that this location has closed.

I ordered fried shrimp and my husband ordered the catfish. Both of these were excellent in taste but I was disappointed that there were not more healthy sides or salads. They had no kid size meals and the menu was hard to understand. They staff were friendly as well. I would’ve given five stars if they had enough offered kid friendly menus and healthier options.Vegetarian options: Had no salads for options or healthy side dishes. Seafood came with fries or onion ringsKid-friendliness: They offered no kid size meals. No kids menu

We absolutely loved the food and the service! The shrimp was so plump and juicy, the sauce was packed with savory/delicious flavor, and the servers were so kind and attentive. Absolutely will keep coming back and looking forward to our next visit.

Husband and were seated quickly but our food came out seemingly way too fast..Staff is just ok. Forgot the crab crackers, and steamed rice but still added into the bill. We asked to take the rice off and our waitress rolled her eyes as she took the bill back. Possibly the lamest seafood boil ever, flavor-wise. Hubs said the shrimp tasted a little undercooked, and later when we got home we were BOTH sick with food poisoning. Enough for both of us to play dueling toilets at the same time. Gonna be a no for me, dawg..

I tried Shake Shake tonight for the first time. They came highly recommended. They mostly do seafood boils but I ordered the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. It came with eight huge fried shrimp, nicely breaded and seasoned. The sweet potato fries were waffle cut and also really good. It was a good-sized portion for a decent price. Overall, I'd recommend. I might try one of their seafood boils next time. I've heard their fried fish is also pretty good.
Drinks were great. I had the bartenders choice and hubby got a bloody Mary. We got the steam pots. I get mine with sauce on the side. It was a super great meal. Our server was not as attentive as I wished he'd have been. But overall I'd go back.

We're in town searching for a place for seafood and came across Shake Shake.It's exactly what we expected, and the pics you search accurately represent the beauty of this delicious fare.Prices are reasonable for seafood, and the boil stayed hot the whole time we enjoyed it.For folks concerned about sodium intake, Old Bay is pretty salty, but if you're a fan of OB, this is so satisfying!The restrooms are absolutely horrifying, even just to wash your hands afterward. You've been warned!

Shake Shake ConcordIf you are a seafood/shellfish lover you must try this restaurant. I ordered a half pound of shrimp which came with a small piece of tender corn and 3 baby red potatoes all combined into a fabulous sauce. The shrimp were large and firm. The sauce is buttery, garlicky and I'm sure many other spices. All for 12.00!This was an unexpected treat. With the rising cost of food in grocery stores, fast food and restaurants you cannot beat the value and exquisite preparation for what I received.Absolutely fabulous ? ??

Seafood boil was excellent, we got the crab legs and shrimp combo, added in some classic, got a dozen steamed oysters and a couple of drinks. All the seafood was cooked perfectly, the "juicy" seasoning we got was perfectly delicious, the drinks were good. Everything was good. Our server was amazing, I'd gladly have him as our waiter any time! Overall 5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Joanna us the best server there. She was extremely helpful & friendly during our visit. Made it worth the trip and we'd ask for her again next time we visit. Food was so good. Loved it. Highly recommend it & highly recommend Joanna as a top notch server.
