I would give this place a -5 stars if I could. I sat in line more than 10 minutes at the window waiting for my food.. with no update until I blew the horn and had the cashier tell me it's coming once they cook it in a very aggressive tone... I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE EVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️

Ordered tenders, we got the bites. We ordered fries, but received tots. Our order getting messed up turned out delicious af. I'm glad we got the wrong thing bc that food hit the spot!!

The employees there have amazing attitudes as well. We will definitely be back when we travel back thru this area.

Waited 10 minutes at the window before I was rushed to order. They got the order wrong, told them at the window before they charged me it’s a cherry slushee, not cherry limeade.” I was told “I just read it wrong”, fine. Got the slushee CHERY LIMEADE…. Drink ain’t even made correctly and the wrong flavor.

I couldn't even order ahead because the store (concord, NC) wasn't accepting orders at 12:30 when they close at 2am. I was really excited to order online because I heard about some of Sonic's app exclusive deals.

Edit: I tried to order online again the next day and I still can’t.

The order was placed at 11:47pm and the 4th door dash driver was notified at 12:53pm that the food had been picked up already. And not that you are expecting a door-to-door drop off only lmao do better whoever the rest of my drivers are gonna get fired for they are incapable of even communicating on a phone that requires a high level of skills but can be a door-to-door driver lmao ridiculous, I didn’t get my order here’s plenty of evidence lame ahh workers, I’ll out work you keep playing w me. I got a video of me walking outside my front porch nothing try me.

Currently here around noon 12-29-24 and pulled into a stall to order food and they never responded. Then we went through the drive thru and ordered. Once we recieved our food we pulled into a parking spot and ate. We noticed dozens of cars tried to order from the stalls and they wouldnt take the order and the people immediately left. They are losing so much business. Oh well

Take the sweet time over the simplest stuff gotta whole bunch of little in there. Took somebody 10 minutes to come to the drive through window to take an order, I left the line to order at the kiosk and they@re huddled up talking.,... do to job
