I kid you not, the last five times I’ve pulled up to this location to get food, no matter the time or day, I have yet to get food. The “system has been down”, they’re only talking mobile orders, or I’m waiting for 30+ minutes. At this point the location should just be shut down. Besides clocking in to collect a check, it seems like the employees do nothing.

Food took forever to come out. Ordered the chili cheese tots, had about 4 tots with actual chili and cheese. My drink was 98 percent ice. BLT was just pathetic. Not even the service could make up for the awful food. No skates, nothing. Do not recommend.

Last night, I ordered 2 pretzels, a blue raspberry slushy, a chocolate milkshake, and a burger. When I got my order they didn’t give me my milk shake. So I kindly said “I also ordered a milkshake” the lady turned to get someone to make it, and I heard angry screaming from the kitchen THROUGH the closed window: “NOOOOO NO BRO NOOOO” then, another man delivered my “shake” and upon sipping it, I realized it was a cup of whipped cream. Bro gave me a pup cup. They didn’t give me a receipt so I couldn’t prove that I ordered it. Not to mention I only got 1 cheese even though I ordered 2 pretzels. Just really sucks all around. This place has sucked for the last 10 years since I was in high school and you’d think after this long they’d figure out how to do better.

It confuses me that in a time where economy is slowing, and restaurants are competing for attention…that a customer would pull up and they not be able to get an item. Just wanted a Sonic Blast. But they’re pulling a McDonald’s and no frozen treats.
To much order was not right 36.00 for 2 combos and they didn't even get the 3rd item for my order

Got the complete wrong burger. Fries taste like straight fryer grease. Asked for a side of sauce and somehow ended up with tots.

Waited in line and when we got to the speaker you could not hear the guy on the other end. We just placed our order and pulled up. We waited for 15 min to get to the window. Once we got to the window they did not have our order, so we just told them what we wanted and waited. We got 2 sonic blasts. We waited about 5-10 minutes at the window for them to tell us to pull into a stall and they would bring it out. We then waited another 5 minutes for them to bring it out. They gave them to us with forks and walked away. They were so melted it was like eating warm cool whip. All the candies were at the bottom. It was by far the worst ice cream we had ever had. And the wait was a bit much. Won't go back.

Went to pick up an Uber delivery- pushed the button and was told to come in- I was confused - I was not aware that Sonic locations have inside access for customers I canceled the order on Uber app.Maybe I misunderstood the assignment being told to come inside was a new thing to me.
