Its unfortunate that I ended up having to score this location so low. I have visited frequently the last two weeks for 2 hours after work and purchased a couple of drinks each time while staying at an extended stay with an unsecure bad wifi connection a few minutes away so that I could use my secure 5G WiFi to handle secure business. Today was uncomfortably cold and my nose started running and it was too cold to type. I asked the baristas if they could turn down the air and they said they couldn't control it. It was not a problem any other time, but I couldn't even concentrate. I packed up snd left with my tasks incomplete.

Worst experience at a Starbucks to date. First off they are out of milk, secondly they are slammed and there’s one girl making the drinks and running the register and the others are restocking or just standing around aimlessly. We asked for a cappuccino with vanilla and they didn’t add a vanilla, and one of our venti drinks came as a grande. Waited here for over 30 minutes to get nothing good.

I had a really upsetting experience at this Starbucks. I kindly asked for a cup of hot water to mix my baby’s formula while on our way from the hotel to the airport. My baby was crying, and I had the bottle and formula ready — I just needed the water. The staff told me I had to purchase something first. I explained I wasn’t interested in ordering anything but was willing to pay, so I asked them to charge me for the cheapest item. Instead, I was charged nearly $5 for a drink I didn’t even want.

In that moment, all I needed was a little understanding and human kindness. The woman gave me such an attitude like I inconvenienced her. It was a small ask, and when you’re traveling with an infant, things like this matter. I’ve never felt more irritated or disappointed at a Starbucks. I will never return to this location again.

Pitiful service here. Starbucks is just gone down hill. Expensive coffee with poor attitude employees just not a good combination. Doors were locked during regular hours I assume for staffing issues. The ordering screen is in odd place I thought it was for another store in the strip mall. Last 5 stores I've been to have had unfriendly staff. If not rude. Not sure how much longer this company will be in business with their poor service.

Service. 9:15pm manager on 5/28/25 doesn't know if she can take the top off of the bacon and Gouda. Cook it. Put it in the oatmeal container. And throw both buns away. This is the first time a Starbucks has said no u can't have that. I'm not doing that. I don't know if I can do that. Will someone please tell her for 5 years I have asked and gotten this for my gluten sensitivity. No problem. Today I'm evidently an idiot. Then paying in app on my phone was evidently a problem too that I didn't say pay in app when she could see my screen. All other cashiers just scan it and I'm paid. I don't get the issues?? Customer service is evidently a problem here. Order on menu. You'll b fine. Tell her what to do when paying. You'll be fine. I'm sooo irritated.

Wow, very rude service from 2 separate associates in the drive thru! Glad I do not live locally I would never return to that Starbucks. I would have given 0 stars if I had a choice.
