The girl at the window was extremely rude in how she spoke to me when I asked about my order. Typically I have great service in general at Starbucks but this was not that. She could have explained what she had to say with less attitude.

I go to Starbucks at least once a week and some time several times a week. I’ve been going to this location before work for years now and they always get my drink right and on time. I’ve never had any problems here like I’ve had at some other locations. The young black man with the teal glasses was very nice and friendly. I wish I knew his name to give him a good review!

My two cousins went in to get Starbucks and one of the drinks they didn't care for. So I went back with them so I could get something and asked to have a new one made for them. They were very helpful in replacing the unliked item and it was much appreciated.
