Came for the country fried steak. No white gravy, no problem, they said they'd give me brown instead. Received the country fried steak without gravy.
In the drive through as we speak on 8/22/26 at 612pm. The lady taking our order is rude as hell. They also have speciality drinks signs posted of drinks they no longer offer. They also left my extras I paid for out of my order, didn't give me any condiments or napkins. Customer service is everything. I don't know their signage isn't updated or why people work jobs dealing with people if they're not going to display good customer service skills.
Ordered online and got a 5 minute pick up time. Knew that wasn’t going to be accurate but went on my way anyhow. Arrived 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. Took a seat to wait and watched 6-8 customers ask about their order, having waited for 20-30 minutes. Got my order 35 minutes after arrival only to get home and find several items missing. KFC offers surprisingly good quality food despite outdated decor and mediocre cleanliness. The staff may seem fake friendly, but the young man in the drive-through was pleasant and thanked customers for ordering. The prices are affordable, with a bucket of chicken and sides for under $40, and the food is nicely seasoned and fried. However, some customers have reported issues with consistency, such as soggy tacos and reduced portion sizes.
