Ordered online and got a 5 minute pick up time. Knew that wasn’t going to be accurate but went on my way anyhow. Arrived 15 minutes later and it wasn’t ready. Took a seat to wait and watched 6-8 customers ask about their order, having waited for 20-30 minutes. Got my order 35 minutes after arrival only to get home and find several items missing. Well, I guess you can upgrade the building but cant make the employees better at their jobs. Lazy employees will hurt a business.
Went there on Thursday Oct. 23, 2025. I say that, as I was looked after by a tall, light skinned African American young man. He was very courteous and extremely professional. I don’t often post about fast food service, but the experience at KFC in Concord warrants a shout out!

KFC offers surprisingly good quality food despite outdated decor and mediocre cleanliness. The staff may seem fake friendly, but the young man in the drive-through was pleasant and thanked customers for ordering. The prices are affordable, with a bucket of chicken and sides for under $40, and the food is nicely seasoned and fried. However, some customers have reported issues with consistency, such as soggy tacos and reduced portion sizes.
