Service was extremely slow. Woman behind the counter was on her phone the majority of the time she was making sandwiches and became extremely hostile towards me and another woman who asked how many sandwiches she had left to prepare before she got to us. I can certainly understand the frustration with being the only person behind the counter, but her lashing out towards us was extremely unprofessional-I was stunned. I’ll never go back there again.

You have the worst employees ever you should fire both of them they gave me my order after they played with my order and put there dirty hands inside the bag and multiple people got food poisoning as you can see in the comments snd I hope you get sued and shut down fire this people

Terrible customer service. They did not greet us and we had to wait for them to take the order for about five minutes even if no one was there. These people don't know what customer service is about.
They don't have any scanner for scanning the gift cards.

It is such a pathetic subway.. dont go here.. they dont serve eggs. All day breakfast option isnt there..and the lady at the desk is not at all welcoming.. just go to any other subway store..

On November 1st, I received a confirmation email from the Subway app for an order I never placed. The order had been made at a store located on Weddington Road in Concord, NC. Concerned that my account had been compromised, I called the store immediately. The employee confirmed that someone was there to pick up the order. I explained that my app had been hacked, and this was a fraudulent transaction. I asked the employee not to hand over the order and to refund me, but he insisted that he had to give it to the person because they had the confirmation number. I asked him to verify the person’s identity, either through a photo ID or a debit card matching the order details, but he refused, repeating that the confirmation number was enough. I then requested to speak to the person who had fraudulently accessed my account, but the individual declined and claimed it was “just a prank.” Despite my warnings that this was theft and could be stopped, the employee still gave the order to the individual. I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee said the manager was not available and wouldn’t be in until the next day. When I asked for the employee’s and manager’s names, the employee refused to share this information. Shortly after the incident, I received a taunting text message from an unknown number, further confirming that this was no harmless prank but a deliberate act of theft. The entire experience was incredibly frustrating, and I was left feeling disappointed by the lack of accountability and basic fraud prevention at this Subway location. Security measures need to be taken seriously, and I hope this issue can be addressed to prevent future incidents.
Not enough food for the price. Taste was not as expected. Service was ok. I gave 2 stars because I will not came back unless they put more add-ons on the subs, to stingy on add-ons.

Not fresh, soggy greens and slimy onions and peppers. For it being lunch, only an elderly couple were eating inside. I don’t recommend going to this location. Subways in a gas station were way better by comparison and that’s just sad.

Ordered online today, I come in at least once a month. When I got there, there were 3 others in line. I told the employee I was there for a pick up, which had not been started yet. After a few minutes 2 more customers got in line, and I noticed he started making their subs before mine, even thought I had informed him that I was there and ready for my sub. I had to stand in line just to make sire he would start making my sub, and not keep taking orders of people who came in after me.

For $10-$20 per sub you shouldn’t have to pay extra for more than a sprinkle of a topping. I ordered the biggest sub they have fully loaded and it was still flat because of how much they short you. Don’t even bother putting “more” of anything. I put more lettuce and got what you would expect if you specified less lettuce. Less everything. Male Arab manager made this sandwich, he’s in charge and should know better. He’s getting paid more for skimping on the customers.

I am never disappointed. I drive 20 minutes from home to go to this one. Several near my home.
Always clean. Always fresh food. Friendly mostly.. 5 stars from me!!

Dietary restrictions: Grilled & Vegetarian options
Placed an online order through the app at 1:15 for pick up for 2 sandwiches. Got to the restaurant at 2:10 because the app said they were ready and they hadn't even been made yet. Employee said "We don't control the app." Nobody else in the restaurant either so its not like they were busy. Even tried to call 3 times before we left to confirm it was ready even though the app said it was and nobody answered the phone. Will not be back to this location.

Ingot food poisoning form a sandwich at this Subway last week and no one has contacted me and the employees act like there dumb and don't know where the manager is at.
