Never order delivery from this place. They utilize delivery services without establishing proper communication, they refuse to cooperate once you order, and they have not updated their stock.

Entire order had to be refunded and then these people had the nerve to try to charge me for the one free item that they offered as part of the deal for spending $30.

Management either absent or refuses to engage in customer service. Employees left to manage store on their own and they don’t have the jurisdiction to make managerial decisions on their own. Place shouldn’t even be running.

Overall experience extremely inconvenient and I decided to handle it through my chosen delivery service and tip the driver myself (through CashApp) because these people had her waiting for 30 minutes for something that should have been prepared by the time of her arrival.

TL;DR Incompetent management, lack of meal options (protein, snacks AND drinks incorrectly listed as available), and received too much of a headache to ever go back for a second chance. 0 stars.

To the owner: Please consider running a business you’re good at.

Ordered Uber Eats. 1) Veggy Patty Sandwich 2) Veggie Delight Wrap 3 Double Cheese Dipper (Lavash Bread)

Got Veggie Delight Sandwich (I found it when i was half way done, i didnt look at the sandwich), got veggie delight wrap with lavash bread 3) got double cheese dippers in tortia to be used in regular wrap.

How could they mess up all three items of the order? How is that possible? Uber also denied to refund the order.

I called the store to check on the pickup time for my online order, no one answered. When my daughter went to pick up order since we got confirmation ready at 8:05. Immediately lady was rude and upset that I was calling. She was probably upset since I used a valid online coupon (B1G50) with my order, since some reviews state they don’t take coupons!!
When my daughter arrived to pick up the food 8:10 she hadn’t even started yet on subs! When she asked for the employee’s name, she simply said “MANAGER” in a dismissive and unprofessional tone.
The overall service was rude, disrespectful, and far below what I expect from a Subway location. I will not be recommending this store to anyone.

Placed a pick up order, walked in the restaurant, my order wasn’t even started. I waited 25 minutes for 3 subs. I look up and see kids (elementary school age) playing in the back of the store. Food wasn’t fresh at all, like it had been sitting out since opening . I’ll never be back. The young man in the front seems nice but it also seems like it’s his first job and he doesn’t know any customer service so I’ll give him the benefit of the doubt but the other employee was absolutely rude. Didn’t bother coming out to help him or to greet any customers. She seemed like she was a manager, but had no hospitality whatsoever.

Service was extremely slow. Woman behind the counter was on her phone the majority of the time she was making sandwiches and became extremely hostile towards me and another woman who asked how many sandwiches she had left to prepare before she got to us. I can certainly understand the frustration with being the only person behind the counter, but her lashing out towards us was extremely unprofessional-I was stunned. I’ll never go back there again.

You have the worst employees ever you should fire both of them they gave me my order after they played with my order and put there dirty hands inside the bag and multiple people got food poisoning as you can see in the comments snd I hope you get sued and shut down fire this people

Terrible customer service. They did not greet us and we had to wait for them to take the order for about five minutes even if no one was there. These people don't know what customer service is about.

It is such a pathetic subway.. dont go here.. they dont serve eggs. All day breakfast option isnt there..and the lady at the desk is not at all welcoming.. just go to any other subway store..
