Food is decent, customer service lacking. I will leave it at that.

The subs are now $16 for a foot long, and they don’t tell you that they don’t accept coupons until they’ve made it and you’ve gotten to the register. No coupons, no mobile app redemptions, nothing. Also no napkins available, and the staff was just sitting beside the drink machine on his phone. Would not recommend.

Very positive experience!! Food was fresh and delicious, service was kind, and atmosphere was clean. I got my tuna sub as a salad and the man was very kind to prepare it beautifully. He took extra care to cut my tomatoes and assemble things nicely. The lady at the register was friendly and gentle. They were generous and let me fill my water bottle to go because I have a long journey ahead. Thank you for the wonderful experience! A++!!!

First of all, they barely speak English. As a southerner, I haven't accent as well. So when I asked you to repeat yourself you should not get upset with me because you're in America in North Carolina and I'm from North Carolina and this is how most North Carolinians speak. As he was asking me my order, He got irritated when I didn't know which bread I wanted. I'm trying to eat healthy. Next I wanted teriyaki sauce on my chicken before he put in the oven. Seemingly that's not an option at this subway. Then I haven't fixed it the way I want it. That was cool. However, I get to the register and the registers asking me for my phone number for my rewards. As I was typing my number, The purchase went through and then charged me a $2.11 because I didn't even finish typing my phone number before the purchase went through. I thought the amount was kind of high but I know with inflation things happen until I receive my receipt. And that's when I saw the tip amount. But they must have needed it. When I raise the question she states she has no way of giving back my money because the tip option was on me when the only thing I was doing was typing in my phone number for my rewards which of course I did not get anyway. You got to take the wins with the losses. Today I lost and I will not return back to this place again.

I’m amazed at the horrible customer service I received from the ogre that works here. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location and called immediately to cancel to which she yelled at me to get off the phone and take it up woth customer service because she was too busy. I am truly astonished.

Subway's Footlong Vegetarian Delight has always been a favorite for those seeking a meat-free option. The combination of fresh vegetables, cheeses, and a variety of sauces offers a flavorful and satisfying meal. However, my recent experience was less than delightful. The quality of the ingredients seemed subpar, lacking the usual freshness and crispness. To add to the disappointment, I was unable to redeem a Subway coupon that was advertised, making me question the brand's promotional integrity. It's disheartening to see a brand, once known for its consistency and customer-centric approach, falter in these areas. I genuinely hope Subway takes this feedback to heart and works towards improving both its product quality and promotional transparency. Coupon strategy is pulling crowd to the stores not valued.

Clean place. Food is good. When app say food was ready the worker hadn't even started on my food. Had to wait for people that walked in with me before she started my order. Not mad tho place was bright and clean.Vegetarian options: You can eat a pita wrap with lettuce I guess?Kid-friendliness: No offensive music playing. Fellow customers were chill.

Walked in and no meats or cheeses were out and no one spoke a word to me or acknowledged me as I stood in front of what I assume was the owner and his wife. I just silently walked out and searched for another subway. And on a side note they seemed irate at the customer who was telling them something needed to be cleaned near her table. I suppose that is why they ignored me completely to my face.

Let me start by saying I go to this Subway all the time. I love the lady that works there, but her husband is a different story. Yesterday her husband charges me $4.00 for extra cheese and mayo packets. He tells me that mayo packets are .25 cent each (only received 4 mayo packets), mind you I come here every other day and the wife doesn’t charges me at all and this is the first time I’ve ever been to a subway and they charge me. Also they hate when you ask for anything extra, so that’s why I ask for the extra mayo packets. Moral of the story is if you want more than 5 pickles, a little bit of extra mayo, or anything extra be prepared to pay. So for a Turkey and Ham foot long with extra cheese came up to $14.00

They skimp on absolutely everything. Cheese, meat, even the lettuce. The only thing they didn’t skimp on was the salt. Go to the subway 1 mile away at walmart. Or just go to a different restaurant in general. Too many options in this area to pay $10 for a halfassed sub.
