Customer service was terrible on multiple occasions. Intercom outside/headset issues. Person taking orders constantly complaining of not being able to hear customer. They screwed my order up twice. The last time, they gave me fries instead of coleslaw. I told them about the mistake. They gave me the coleslaw, asked for the fries back and gave them to someone else, after me having my hands on them in my car at the drive through.

Just stopped in for a pot pie in the drive thru. Got home and it’s nothing but crust and pot pie gravy. 2 pieces of chicken 4 carrots and peas. Horrible and inedible. Hope management sees this

This place decided to not complete my order and missing food for my kids when we got to our destination. I called a manager to claim the items back and he said to come back in and they’d help. A new manager was there and was very rude and did not back what the last manager said and decided to just make me sit and wait. Not a good look and I lost $10 due to negligence and carelessness

The young lady working the speaker and the register was great. That was it. This is the absolute worst Taco Bell I have EVER had in my life. I ordered a chicken quesadilla on my break from work, opened the bag and pulled it out and this is what I get. Sauce caked all over the opening and interior of the bag, tortillas dry, stale and crumbling, meat looks off, I was starving having to go back to work immediately and couldn’t even eat a bite of it. Disgusted isn’t even the word.

We like to come here on occasional Sundays and the food never disappoints though sometimes it's a long wait but that's okay we know that it can get busy at times

Very nice gentleman helped my grandma by delivering her food instead of making her get up, her knees are very frail. Great Mexican pizzas and burritos! Definitely coming back for that kfc hospitality :)
