The service today was great . I ordered 3 Cantina chicken soft tacos .. The tacos were not soft and had a tough texture . They did not appear fresh to me .

Me and my friend took our order without issue, then we were sent to the front once we got to the window. We waited for 15 minutes, then they told us the order was deleted and they “fixed” it. We open up our food, then we realize it’s all misplaced, switched, and cold. Also, the requests for a soft taco vs hard taco and cinnamon twists vs chips were wrong as well. Half of our requests were correct, which leaves the other half wrong… I’ve had positive experiences here before, but this was next level wrong. The only saving grace was the Baja Blast, but I’m hoping to experience some variation of recompense for this.

Food was good for Taco Bell. The double stack tacos were amazing. The cantina Street Chicken Taco (?) was good but i believe they need to be bigger for the price. Service was great, food made fast and the drinks were cold and flavorful.
Took 20 minutes to get our order from Taco Bell after they gave it to someone else then realized it was my order. Also you had to repeat everything you said to the cashier.
me and my family went in last night to order some food they let us know before we ordered that the kfc part of the store was out of chicken completely, but that we could order sides. We said that was fine and ordered some food from taco bell, i paid extra for sour cream on my tacos and they didn’t put any and by the time my little sister went to order her tacos they said they were out of beef so she just got quesadillas and a side of mashed potatoes, she paid and we waited. They then let us know that they were out of mashed potatoes and that there not going to make some more just for her bc they closed in 10 minutes very which was completely fine but the way it was said BY THE MANAGER at that was not. I don’t think a store should be open if they can’t provide over half the things on the menu.

Ok this place is so horrible I ordered food and once i paid for what i ordered they come back 20 mins later and said they didn’t have they could not tell me earlier and the chicken was so dry it was just as crispy as the breaded on the chicken and they couldn’t even give us are money back when they told us they didn’t have what we wanted it was my last 20 dollars it was so bad and honestly it was messed up and this isn’t the first time it happened to me at this place either
