They ruined the best part, the bread? It had a weird flavor to it & was not fluffy & soft as usual. My whole family had steak & they were all cold, as well as the sides. Plus, the waitress was not in her best attitude & only came a few times to check on us.

We had a semi-new server, but she was absolutely amazing! Very sweet and outgoing personality. Very quick to fulfill requests, like extra napkins and refills. Offered great recommendations. We will definitely be asking for Caitlyn on all future visits!Side note: if you have a great experience, please tell the manager. They hardly ever hear about the good experiences people have. Most people never speak to the mgr unless it's a bad experience.Normalize telling the manager about great experiences!!!Thank you for coming to my TedTalk. LOL.

Had a great visit. Was almost turned away by the wait time but im so glad i stayed, had a wonderful meal and our server Alyssa was absolutely great. She was killing it despite it being so so busy. Will gladly be back soon

I ordered an order of two steaks with two different cooking methods: medium rare and medium well, they exchanged them after asking for the meats to be changed again, the one I ordered medium rare and they gave me well done, I don't know if they didn't understand the cooking of the meat or they didn't do it well, it didn't turn out the way I wanted

I've never been to Texas Road house before. Needless to say, I was blown away with the food and the service today. It was quite the journey and the customer to employee relationship was fantastic. As soon as we walked in we were met with the smiling face of our matre'd. Through the crowded line we were seated early and comfortably. Vanessa, our waitress was above and beyond with her service and smiling eyes. She made sure we were taken care of and dazzled us with her uncanny personality, charisma, and overall charm. Without Vanessa, this experience of a life time could not have unraveled. The subtle claps of the servers around left a joyous buzz in the heads of my friends. A joy unmatched by any establishment I've ever been to. Vanessa's overwhelming smiles were like being hit with a 10 ton truck of love. With our bellies full of rolls and heart full of.... Rolls... ?I hope my headed cries of ecstacy find those are are worthy enough to receive the great gift of Texas Roadhouse Rolls, definitely reunited my grandparents. I have eaten there twice. I go there for steak of course and it’s not a top notch steak for me. I gave them a 4 stars because the service was great, but the steak is about a 2.5 star for me. All baked potato was dipped in pork fat which I can’t eat.
Blooming onion was sent back raw then brought to us over cooked
