Walked in before anyone else and the server Candace and Barbara kept looking at me and not even acknowledging my presence.
Customers walked in a couple minutes after me and they were greeted by both Candace and Barbara while I still still at the register with no greeting.
After a good 10 minutes pass the manager comes out from the back and another employee acknowledges me and then Barbara proceeds to say she’s trying to save my waffles and bags up 2 over cooked waffles.
I let her know that is a no Ma’am and requested by recook them!

We originally wanted to try the nearby Breakfast time restaurant but it had a 30 minute wait and the staff were stressed out. Decided to stop in here for a Waffle house expirence, our visit did not disappoint. In addition to classic all star specials cooked perfectly, we had the most personable and kind server. Joshua is wonderful - he checked in frequently but not so often that it was intrusive. The food came out lightening quick, even though it was a busy weekend.
Highly recommend this waffle house.

I always enjoy the Waffle House. Fiesta omelet and hash browns all the way. You always know what you're getting. It may not be the healthiest but it sure fills your stomach. Server was very friendly and attentive. It still amazes me how the cook gets all those orders straight without stuff written down.

Skip this location and go to 3855 Concord Pkwy.I stopped in for a To-Go order. There was three tables and an individual standing at the counter. It looked like four employees on the floor.All I was asked was “Are you dining in?” after a few minutes. I let the person know that it was to-go. Not a single acknowledgment or attempt to take my order. After a few more minutes I left.The overall atmosphere was not great. Unlike other locations, it felt depressing and like no one wanted to be there or working with each other. I’ve been in food service and I’m in retail now. I get it can suck, but sometimes you have to make the best of the situation just to get through it. This location wasn’t even trying.I’ve been to Waffle Houses that, while more sketchy than others, had a better atmosphere.

If you get Gyrenn, ask for someone else. This server was extremely rude, constantly gave us attitude, and gave me a disgusting glare for folding my napkin and then proceeded to unfold it while staring at me. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.
