So my favorite server Angi, got fired after being gaslit by another server (whom never faced any consequences of their actions, is still there barely working but fully complaining) by yelling in her face til she finally snapped. Now, the firing is one thing, but lying to all her regulars that she still works there but isn't in that day so they can keep them coming is foul and messed up. If anyone is wondering where Angi went she works at the Logan's in Concord and she's still as sweet and attentive as ever. Don't go to this place, it really is the Awful Waffle.

The team sucks . I came around 10:30am and the crew that was taking orders was not acknowledging that I was in the facility. It literally took another customer to shoutout that I was next to order. When I gave my order the girl with the red hair act like she didn’t want to take my order. Very unprofessional! I think when I left and came back in to get my food that’s when they started to act accordingly when a head manager came in smh.

This location is about as good as a Waffle House can be. The service is good, the food is good, and they keep the place clean. Due to its proximity to Concord Mills, it can get VERY busy.
Parking: Tight, awkwardly shaped parking lot with limited spaces.
Kid-friendliness: They have 2 high chairs and booster seats available upin request.

What happened to this location? Came here 6 weeks ago late at night, and the store was clean. The team was busy at work. Went today at 1 am. Completely new team. Store super dirty. The server pushed a trash can to every table to bus the trash. I'm pretty sure it is not a WH policy. A couple of other guys (friends?) were hanging out as well. Food was put together rushed even though there was no one eating in the restaurant. Service was also very slow. Apparently they had finished a rush and were slow to recover.
I would not go to this late at night. Not worth the experience
To be honest, none of the WH was good in CLT.
Probably won't go back to any WH in the area. Leadership has lost control of the standards and the brand.

BEWARE OF THIS WAFFLE HOUSE !!!! BEWARE OF THE MANAGER JESSICA !!!!! DO NOT go to this Waffle House AT ALL !!!! This morning around 4:00am , October 27th, 2024 me and my best friend got the sausage, egg, and cheese grit bowl … add chicken ! We had to pay extra for the chicken fillet . I always get the chicken fillets at Waffle House . I complained because I barely had any chicken on my grit bowl that I PAID EXTRA FOR !!! The MANAGER JESSICA told me that it was a whole chicken fillet and that I would need to pay for another piece of chicken if I wanted extra ! The chicken fillet looked like it was split between me and my best friend’s grit bowl . THE MANAGER JESSICA was REAL RUDE , INCONSIDERATE , REAL NASTY and NO SYMPATHY !!! This Waffle House will not get my money anymore as long as THE MANAGER JESSICA is working there ! That is not the way a manager should go about treating their customers and that’s not the way a manager goes about handling things ! DO BETTER JESSICA !!!
