Over the past three visits, Iāve seen a huge positive change here. The service is much faster, my food orders have been correct every time, and the Frosty is finally consistentācold, not melted, and the machine actually works!
It truly feels like this location is under new management, and if so, they are doing an excellent job. The staff is friendly, and both the team and management deserve a lot of credit for this major turnaround. Keep up the great work!

Horrible service especially considering it's the beginning of your lunch hours. You went as far to ensure my husband's nuggets were fresh, but his fries were old & cold??!! And how in the hell do you give someone cold chili???!!! Please make this make sense???? You should've waited until his nuggets were almost completed & cooked his fries so that they came out fresh as well & maybe actually heat the chili to food safety standards because I know that there's no way in hell that it tempted above 140!!!

We all have jobs most of us have jobs we dont necessarily like, but we do that job to the best of our ability in most cases. This is the first time I have ever left a remark, review, complaint or whatever you want call it. This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I was so mad when I left the drive through the second time that I just threw my food away. Those people are starting at the bottom and will remain at the bottom if thats the kind of work they produce. I can promise I will never visit this location ever again. Unfortunately I have to leave atleast one star to post this review.

Not a very friendly place! Every Wendy's I go to I get a $5 biggie bag and I upgrade my fries to baconator fries. I tried ordering the same thing at this location and they just gave me a plain and straight "NO" telling that they don't do that at this location period. They're attitude was rude and nasty. Poor management!!!

Placed order for two kids cheese burger meals three meals and one mushroom bacon burger and was given two fries no burgers and one chicken sandwich with no receipt to prove my order. No stars if I could give that. Very disappointing

DoorDash order completely messed it up, need to stop smoking so much weed and pay attention. Said no mayo all sandwiches had mayo, all combos had spicy nuggets none had spicy nuggets, lemonade no lemonade. What is going on? Do better
This is a very high traffic location. Construction, hotels, gas stations, etc. the employees will be the reason this location doesnāt do well. Our food was hot and fresh the customer service was cold and old.
Manager don't know how to complete orders. Always a problem when I come here.

I was coming home from a concert & stopped in at Wendy's on my way home. The customer service wasn't bad but the food was terrible. The burger was one of the worst burgers I've ever had. The burger patty & cheesr had no flavor & was luke warm & the price for the combo was way to expensive. Seemed like there was only 1 guy inside working. Won't be back to Wendy's.

Soda machine mixture was waaaay off. Saucy nuggets were just soggy lil regular nuggets. Came with my daughter after visiting Great Wolf Lodge. She didn't eat her food either. Basically wasted 20 bucks. Staff was very friendly tho ā?

My fiancĆ© accidentally put his order as pickup instead of drive thru. He went to the drive thru and the woman refused to hand him his order through the window and made him park and come inside. Not sure why they couldnāt just hand it through the window. And she had an attitude about the whole thing.
