Loud with games very close to the table. Restroom were in very poor condition with no toilet paper dispensers on the wall. Paper towel dispenser was falling off the wall. Stalls were not clean. Food was mediocre. We had appetizers and entrees.
We had a reservation for my son's 5th birthday! What kid doesn't love an arcade! We got sat right away. 14 mins later we still hadn't been greeted by a server and no drink order taken. So I ask for a manager. She comes out and makes excuses for her server. No apologies whatsoever. She does give my son a play card that allowed him to play like 2-3 games (most games cost 7 chips now). The manager took our drink order. Pretty good except the guy at the ticket redemption shop disappeared for 30 minutes and the other staff didn't assist. Would have been a good experience otherwise
