If you have had a bad experience, you should retry. New owner and you can feel it when you walk in. It is cleaner, brighter, and employees are much friendlier. Got our order quickly.

Not having Zaxby's at home, was looking forward to it. Bottom line, we chose the wrong one. Half hour before close, out of tea and half the menu was not available. The food we did end up getting was good though.

It's been awhile since buying anything here, so my friend and I were happy to get a pair of Zensation salads. Unfortunately they left off the egg rolls on both and when we called to notify them, they didn't answer the phone after several tries. Zaxby's in general is decent, but this location always seems to have issues.
