Just visited this store again and am disappointed with the lack of organization. Apparently there was not a manager on duty & the staff did as they pleased. Off duty staff hanging out & talking to on duty staff who were already behind helping the few customers waiting to che k out. This is my 3rd poor experience at this site - doubt I’ll be back anytime soon
Came on here just to see if anyone else reviewed this chipoltes in kannapolis.
Last review was 4 weeks ago and looks like nothing has changed, still a trash hole of a restaurant. Came in with wife and immediately walked out! Staff is not doing there job, it's just a hang out for lazy teens looking to part-time half ass work!

I have been to this location so many times and it's become a joke with our family about how rude the staff is. EVERY SINGLE VISIT. Is it a requirement on a Chipotle job application to be rude, mumble and act annoyed when you have customers? Literally every single time we have been in this location, the workers do not smile, barely look at you, mumble questions so you have to ask them to repeat what they said and have the worst attitude.
