I usually never do reviews for fast food but i couldn’t miss this opportunity. Had an excellent time for my first visit at zaxbys. Excellent service and food. Was greeted right away by an employee by the name of Dylan. We had an amazing conversation i will be coming back again soon 😍

I am from out of town so this was my first time at Zaxbys. When we walked in we were greeted. We ordered chicken fingers and fries. The food was hot and fresh and delicious. The zaxbys sauce was a hit. I would definitely go back, I wish we had one back home.

I hadn’t been to Zaxbys in years. And today experience was awful! Customer service was meh, food was cold, it’s cleaning rate is low with a 93 score so not coming to this location again
