Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

4-17-25 Nicholas was so nice, helpful, kind & patient as we tried to place an order with removing toppings & trying to use an app reward when the app wasn’t working well. He had a great attitude! Thank you Nicholas! You can tell he cares about his job. The lobby tables were even clean in the lobby tonight which is rare.

This place is a complete mess. The employees have no clue what they’re doing, total disorganization from start to finish. Orders come out in random order, with people who arrived first getting their food last. Missing items seem to be the norm, and when you ask about it, the staff couldn’t care less. It’s like they’re running a social experiment on how bad service can get. Avoid this place unless you enjoy frustration with your meal.

I ordered the traditional wings today and they were so small I couldn’t enjoy them.. And not mention they were hard and old.. Usually a decent location but IDK maybe new staff.. Tighten up!!!

The food is always so wonderful and fresh! But let me tell you that attitude, and then women that work there makes you wanna just punch him in the face! I used to be a GM Zaxbys , and the attitude that you guys have is the attitude that didn’t keep those people around long at all

I have come here a few times and never had any huge problems. Occasionally there’s a bit longer of a wait than I would expect but it’s never anything completely ridiculous. The food is fine for what it is and the price is reasonable. I’m sure I’ll be coming back.

This is a pretty nice place. It wasn't awesome just because it's like all of the others. But i liked the service. we lost some of our items, and they were very nice about it

Ordered take out, 4 meals. We got home and only 3 of the meals were in the bag. Should have checked before leaving, lesson learned. Disappointing because I live 15 mins away and I wasn’t going to drive all the way back there.

One of my favorite fast food spots I just love their food so when I'm in Virginia or Carolina I have to stop by. The chicken straps are soo good w fries.
