Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

1 star!! Each time I go to this location and order the SAME THING, I am always charged different prices! Today I voiced this with a very rude “supervisor” name Isaac and he was very condescending and could care less! I completed the survey on my receipt after my last encounter and asked to be contacted by a supervisor in the survey and that never happened! When I told this to Isaac his response was “why did you think a supervisor would call you back” as if it doesn’t ask that in the survey! Someone needs to take a look at the possible fraudulent activity that’s being done here when ordering in the drive thru! It’s even cheaper ordering in the app for the same thing! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, hopefully someone will really investigate! I hope everyone pays attention to their receipt!

My food as always is perfect. I typically get my order custom, such as extra crispy wings and fries, either extra topping on my salad, no toast, etc. and they always get it right. I always get my extra sauces. And I highlight this because it’s hard to get your order right the first time at many fast food establishments, even other zaxbys miss key parts of my order.

The people are always in a good mood, no attitudes.

The restaurant is always super clean, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.

10/10 would recommend to all of my family.

Zaxby’s did not have to go this hard. I pulled up to try the new Lemon Pepper flavor, but honestly the staff had me smiling before I even got my food. Everyone was in a good mood, super chill, and actually acted like they liked their job — rare these days 😂. The place was spotless too, like “my mom would approve” clean. The Lemon Pepper was fire, but the vibes in there were even better. 10/10, will absolutely be back the next time I need good food and a boost to my mood.

Unfortunately, I am forced to give this establishment a 1 star review due to the fact they charge $2.99 for a large cup of ice/iced water. The lady was very nice, and she said she was sorry, I know it wasn’t her policy. I had just spent $5.87 on a milkshake. Milkshake was good, but experience was ruined. Very disappointed

Update; tried to take the survey as well, it said I cannot finish the survey. Probably because I said I was highly dissatisfied. Lol. Hope a manager sees this! I’ll be calling tomorrow as well.

Ordered a 3 ct cookie at 9:38, pulled up to drive-thru and was told they were out. I used the points on my app, so I asked my options. I asked could I just get a shake in place, I was told no, I could get cheesecake bites, but they had to be cooked. I went inside and asked what would be the difference from just pouring a shake vs having to cook cheesecake bites and have the customer wait?! I was told the shake costs more. I've been a shift manager several times and a GM at KFC. I'm sure the food cost wouldn't haven't tanked from making 1 shake, due to being out of an item a customer ordered. The managers tone was very dry and condescending.

Food was fine, dining area was clean. The only complaint is they only allow one dip for a chicken/fry meal and charge for a second one.

Zaxby's is another Food Chain that offers up delicious comfort food dishes revolving around fried chicken.

The NEW Giant Quesadillas are ridiculously delicious. The Quesadillas come in 2 styles: Chicken Fajita or Chicken, Bacon & Ranch. You can't go wrong with either choice. Add an order or two of Seasoned French Fries and some Sweet Tea and you have yourself a gastric party.

And don't forget the Zaxby's staple either TEXAS TOAST.

Best zaxbys I’ve been too. I heard angels singing after i left. Will be coming here every time, i have another location 2 mins from me but the service and wait times are so awful. This location was such a breath of fresh air. Yall made my day. Thank you!!
