Manager went to grab the chicken for my sandwich put it back and asked if I minded waiting for it fresh because she didn’t want to serve me old hard chicken. Not many would’ve taken care to give me the freshest available and take pride in quality like that. One of the better bojangles I’ve been too.

I ordered a Cajun Filet Biscuit on a light biscuit like i always do but the older lady ringing me up did not ring it up right so i got a burnt biscuit. i’m talking dark brown biscuit! I should have took it back but i throw away the top of it. A chick biscuit is almost 5.00 now, there is no reason i should be served a burnt one. I won’t be back for awhile. Come on it’s not too hard to take them out of the oven on time 🙄. End of rant!! I’ll drive out of my way to Hildebran next time from Valdese.

The heavy set lady in the black shirt this morning raised her voice with me as i was trying to place my order. She needs an attitute check. Some of the employees are friendly some have attitudes. Also several times i was over charged. Beth that was working as a manager on 11/15 635PM was very unprofessional. She hung up on me when i asked her to replace my fries because they tasted horrible and were hard. She swore up and down they were fresh but they were hard after she hung up on me i tryed calling back no answer so i drove back over there with food receipt SHE REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFund which is NOT POLICY and tells me the customer is not always right she needs to be fired and i would like my money back. Why is there a manger there working there with that type of behavior???? She told me i shouldnt come there. This restaurant needs a staff replacement then she proceeds to tell me im difficult all because i dont like hard unfresh food. Beth gave me the vibe that she only likes people of her kind!!! She had this stank look on her face not the personality of a manager. Very rude!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would foods been cold the last 4 times I’ve been the only good employee they have is the sweet old lady at the drive thru the rest of them rush you off the speaker and assumes your order for you and ALWAYS forgets sauces and I always ask for extra seasoning salt on my fries and it amazes me that every time the fries don’t even have a spec of seasoning their known for seasoned fries and act like they don’t know how to use any of they can’t live up to even seasoning their fries like all bojangles does we don’t need them we already have 2 bojangles in burke county their just taking up space for businesses and restaurants we don’t already have.
They posted signs on the interstate leading you on a wild goose chase cross country to come out at an exit where the bridge is out, and you can't get back on the interstate.

They didn't get my order right it was supposed to be Large got small they left my biscuit out the fries where hard as a rock definitely could tell they been under heat lamp way to long. Lost my business was a waste of money

We stopped in to order food and waited for 5-7 minutes at the counter waiting for someone to come and take our order. No one ever came. I initially thought no big deal, they are short handed or on break. There was an employee sitting in the back eating food. What made it odd/aggravating is that there was an employee dancing around the dining room area the entire time. I've never experienced anything like it. She would look at us and then just chose to ignore us and continue to do something like dancing. She appeared to have what looked like "meth" sores on her face so I'm not sure what was going on. We left and will not be back.
