this was the worst place no staff and if I ou where wanting to eat stay clear staff are rode even the Manager. we did not get a chance to order the only people get waited o. we're drive through there for i did not spend any there i am telling my friends and family not to go here

Piss poor excuse for employees & management. Bojangles as a franchise must not care because this particular restaurant continues the same practice of being rude, not caring, and dodging responsibility. This place is awful.

Their biscuits are some of the worst in the sense that one bite makes them crumble into 1000% pieces. McDonalds may have an inferior biscuit in terms of being soft but at least It cant withstand 1 small bite and not fall into 1000 pieces in my car on my commute to work. Bought one this morning and while holding it in the wrapper took one bite and it just crumbled. lost a chunk of it in between my car seat and the center console where the seatbelt mechanism is. Shame they can't make a biscuit that can stay together without having to double fist it wrapped in 20 napkins to be able to consume it. Biscuits are designed to be held in one hand.

The managers are rude and cannot take criticism, treat their employees terribly, and everytime I go through drive through my drinks are overflowing. Not even a single attempt to wipe the cup down. These are from today after I ATTEMPTED to clean them up myself. Then after waiting 10 min for our food they forgot my sweet potato pie. You had 10 min to get that ONE item in my bag.. I’ll drive further from now on for any Bojangles y’all have had too many chances and never get it right! 🫡

Weekend 730am Breakfast was fresh and hot. Wonderful as far as the food & service this time, but have had mixed experiences with different staff... usually depends on age range, or if theyre understaffed or if there seems to be no one in charge... but overall, its acceptable, as far as service goes. Food has always been better than most locations, regardless of service rating. Recommend if taking to go.
