The automated order system in the drive thru stinks. Bring back a live person! Food quality was meh. Prices are all over the board.

The service is always pretty good at this location. The part that sucks is the AI voice that takes your order in drive through. They need to go back to having a real person talk to you considering I saw 3 people with headsets on. Our order was so jacked up it was ridiculous. Granted this is at 10:45-11pm after leaving my second job, we just dealt with it and made it work. Get rid of the computer, put a real person back to taking orders PLEASE!!!! Food was good and seemed fresh, lettuce needs to be dried a little better, over all if it had been what we ordered it may have gotten a 5 star.

Card machine went down. The guy at the drive thru was very friendly but the second employee that came to help was unfortunately rude. Machine was down and although they tried to use a different register it didn’t work. We left to find somewhere else to eat so we don’t blame them for it. The other lady just shoved our card back and said “it’s your card not us sorry” and shut the window immediately on us. We tried two cards and it didn’t work.l called back to let her know to tell other customers about it since the entire area was down and she was rude AGAIN on the phone and hung up. Whoever she was the customer service was awful. The guy in the drive thru was very nice it was just her.

They have gotten so bad that they are putting beans on chicken and rice burritos I mean what if I was allergic that stuff fr and a diet soda really KF THEY WOULD STOP PLAY AROUND and actually worked they could do their job right
Ai and order boards inside are the worse thing you guys have ever added. I dread using the order board because it ask 100 questions before I can even order my food. NO I don’t want to add more food, NO I don’t want to round up, NO I don’t want to add sauce when you literally have sauce in the store.
