We come here quite frequently more than we should. Here recently it’s definitely been not as consistent. Over the past month or so we have had at least one item missing and either having to drive back another 20mins to retrieve that said item or catch it before we leave. I get missing an item here and there because we are human but not every single time. Today when ordering with the AI drive through I got completely finished with my order then it canceled it and had to start all over. This time we did it with someone who was an actual employee. This lady definitely was not happy as you could tell with the attitude over speaker. Moment we pulled up to the window she just had this stone cold face that was not pleasant. I get it you’re busy but we still need to act professional. When someone is telling you thank you say you’re welcome it’s not that hard. Having employees that represent a company is so comical when they act a certain manner.

Was just here with a semi-large order. The cashier couldn’t stop hanging out with his friend long enough to be at the counter and take orders (his job). Another family waited almost as long as me and they ordered before we even arrived. Overall terrible service.
Went at 8:30!!!! they close the inside at 10 they refused to let us use the bathroom and order food inside. We asked for a reason because they don't close the inside UNTIL 10pm and they wouldn't give one. They are rude, food is always cold and old anyways. Everytime I go to this taco bell it is something with them, it's either always having to get attitude back with the employee s, having to complain about the food because it wasn't made right, always having to get my money back because they don't have the common sense to do shit! That blonde headed manager is the worst of them all she needs to get her shit together and learn how to run a fast food restaurant. Do better taco bell 🤣🤣

I live 3 minutes from this horrible place and I DO NOT RECOMMEND! In 5 years I have never had a order right they’ve either forgotten an item or made my order wrong. I absolutely hate this Taco Bell They have never made nothing right, They’re always lazy and rude as hell. You would be better off driving to another Taco Bell just not this one!
