Ordered a double cheese burger thru the drive thru got our food and started home went to get the food out my sandwich consisted of a bun and a slice of cheese 🤬
I completely understand being short staffed... but this morning was beyond ridiculous!!!
You should tell your customers that there will be a wait on biscuits when they place their order, NOT 15 minutes after ...25 minute total wait time! I could have made my own biscuits at home. & Not one single employee even tried to move a little faster.
Meanwhile... After my wait of 10 minutes, DoorDash comes in and gets their 3 orders right away, with no wait. 🤨 ...I WILL NOT BE...read full review
