We went through the drive thru and it took awhile, maybe 10 minutes - 2 cars ahead of us, so we figured that was why our shake was melted when she handed it to us so we did not say anything. We had also ordered 2 sausage croissant meals. We were already home when we noticed the mistake that we had received ham and bacon croissants instead. I called to speak to someone but it went to voicemail so I left a message. I want to add that there seems to be a lot of deferred maintenance...

Slow service, ordered the grilled chicken on sourdough. Chicken was tough and rubbery. Curly fries were awesome! Really disappointed in the quality of the sandwich. 3 people in store, including myself, place our orders, took about 8 min to get food.

I frequent this Jack In The Box. There food is good and usually I have a good experience with them. But at around midnight, I pulled up to the drive through and waited for my order to be taken for over 10 mins. No one came or answered. The restaurant was still open.
