“We had paquillo peppers, mussels, shrimp and ricotta bruschetta as appetizers and classic paella for dinner. Everything was very tasty - with the exception of the bottom of the paella. The socarrat (crunchy bottom crust in paella) was burnt. Not crispy - burnt. It's the way par of the paella if done correctly. Service was really great. And all other items were really good.“
