Have been to this location before with no issues before but last night I got a Mint chocolate chip concrete with hot fudge and marshmallow in the center. When they gave it to me it was half full with no marshmallow in the center.
When you want ice cream (or custard) when do you want it? NOW!I read a few reviews…. Customers constantly remark they had my order ready in less than a minute. Unbelievably that is an accurate statement.Sweet order taker at the drive through. Quick efficient and smiling from ear to ear. WOWCustomer service level 100!had a small bootdaddy concrete custard. The bad... The menu with no microphone at the drive-thru makes it difficult to give details in your order because you have to order at the window.
Secondly, the portions are so very small at this location. For the expensive price, it is not worth it anymore to go here.
