Please get the AI robot ordering system at the window. I am tired of having to deal with the attitude of these fast food employees. If me ordering is an inconvenience to you i will gladly go to other establishments but solely of how the staff speaks over the intercom i will not be returning .

They don’t listen when you order. Third time giving this place a chance and all 3 times they got my order wrong. Don’t waste your time.
Person working the drive thru at 230pm on 4/17 didn't say even one word to me, just took my payment and handed me the order. Barely even made eye contact.

Cheese sticks and poppers were yummy
Update: I want to extend my appreciation to the manager, Katie, who contacted me to address the situation effectively. She made every effort to resolve the issues at hand. I also want to commend Tim for promptly correcting my husband’s and my order. I am grateful for their dedicated service and for acknowledging the shortcomings in the behavior of the staff, which is typically expected from someone in a managerial position.
My husband and I visited the establishment on February 27th, around 7:00 to 7:20 p.m. During our visit, we encountered a staff member at the sandwich station who displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. She loudly remarked that customers should prepare their own food and made an inappropriate comment about the quantity of food being ordered. This was an unprecedented experience for us, and I believe her conduct warrants serious consideration, including potential termination. She would find it challenging to thrive as an employee at Chick-fil-A, given that the drive-thru and dining area regularly serve between ten to fifteen vehicles daily, with a similar number of patrons in the dining space.
Furthermore, my husband and I were served lukewarm roast beef sandwiches. To our surprise, the employee voiced her displeasure when we asked for cheese sauce to be included. Since we were paying customers, it strikes me as unreasonable for her to grumble about performing her job duties, particularly as she opted to work in this environment.

First time eating at this one. Came thru drive thru. Was happy with the grade. 98.5. Was not happy at all with food. Had to wait a while which is ok if the food would be fresh. It was far from that. Food was cold and old. The sandwich was ridiculously puny and somewhere the nuggets. That here hard and dried up. Only good thing was at least sandwich was warm. Was not impressed at all.
