Loved the cortado and the iced latte, oh, and the salted caramel cookie! Service was excellent. When we went, there was plenty of seating, but I bet that seating could be tight during busy times. Only thing that would have made the experience better would be to drink the cortado from a ceramic cup instead of the paper to-go cup. Overall, loved the experience.

One of the best coffee shops North Carolina has to offer. Incredible standards of quality and expertise is clearly shown in their drink and food items. One of my favorite drinks is the Salty Dog. It's made so well by their staff. Their manager Jordan was super helpful and friendly when answering my questions on the ingredients in the drink. A very welcoming and friendly environment, could not recommend more.

Love love love Coffee Republic in Cornelius! The salty dog is my favorite treat to start my morning with, and definitely my favorite coffee shop on the main strip of Cornelius. Will continue coming back :-)

My family and I LOVE this spot, we go in every Sunday morning after church and our favorite barista is Camille! She is so kind and a great server and brightens our day! Great coffee, great pastries, great service.

I was attending a workshop upstairs and this was my first visit to Coffee Republic.
The service was friendly, quick and they made sure they knew my order. The food was delicious and my order was delivered upstairs for me. I enjoyed the space and will be returning.
