I stumbled upon this place on Friday and have gone back daily. I highly recommend the vegan energy balls and vegan peanut butter bars. So yummy. The service is awesome

We stopped in yesterday afternoon to do some work. The space was clean and calm, but my latte tasted like nothing - hot water - and my husband said his strawberry smoothie tasted disappointing as well. I was interested in a treat but they were so expensive and it didn't seem worth the price.

Logan is an AMAZING baker!! Can't say enough about her creativity and talent. Ordering was a breeze for my husband's 70th birthday cake. Thanks to everyone at Coffee Republic & Bakery in Cornelius!
Great coffee spot.
Their coffee is our favourite in Cornelius - but small and pricey.
They also have some good bakery, particularly the chocolate eclair, but way over priced.
Staff could be more energetic and friendly - very cold, and will not engage into any conversation.

I had late vanilla and lavender, and my hubby had Aztec Mocha. Omg, that was out of this world. Also, a green smoothie is a must. The place is clean and perfect for an afternoon hang out or for doing some work on your laptop ?
